They called to let me know that they were coming out. Which is a plus. My daughter was home waiting for them and the call helped with planning her day. They were professional and worked pretty quick. I thought their service fee was per trip, but it apparently is per appliance. I had two appliances that was looked at and only one repaired. I was charged a service fee for the appliance that was just "looked at". So, you might want to ask to be aware of what fees are applied. I would use them again though.

Prompt.. in fact they were much earlier than anticipated. They were scheduled for Monday and called and asked if they could come on Saturday. They came early! Perfect as it was our refridgerator making noise and the sooner the better!!!!

Our built-in microwave stopped working. and we feared it was a goner. Went online to Home Advisor and was referred to A&A Appliance. Aaron called & said they could be out in about an hour. He and his assistant arrived right on time and in about 15 minutes were able to remove our double oven and the trim over the microwave and discovered that the microwave was fine. The problem was with the electrical outlet which they were able to resolve and we were back in business! And all for just the price of a trip charge! A&A knows what they are doing and I will definitely use them whenever I have an appliance problem!

Fast response. Able to schedule visit with flexible time. Showed up, reviewed the appliance, gave an estimate and able to get parts that afternoon. Will use again for future work needed.

A & A, particularly Aron is amazing. He can diagnose a problem faster than anyone I've ever seen. He is fast, on time, well-spoken. He fixes what he says he will fix and there are no surprises. He tells you what something will cost, which is why I gave them a four on value for the money. I think they are too expensive. However, they are worth every cent. I guess if you want quality, you have to pay for it.

Very professionally dressed and timely. Finished repair on my gas dryer and even went on to fix the dishwasher and stove. These guys really know what they are doing. ;)
