Aron was very patient with me and answered all my questions and showed me how he was assembling the dishwasher parts. I am a demanding customer and he handles it quite well.

Well, our refrigerator wasn't working at all and the upper ice maker had been broken for awhile. They said the main board needed replaced. So we had them replace the main board and ice maker (approx $800). They were prompt and replaced the part the same day. We were up and running again quickly. BUT, I immediately noticed our refrigerator was freezing stuff so I stated adjusting the temperature which didn't help. Then the water/ice dispenser stopped putting out water so I called them to come back. They said the tubing for the water needed replaced (approx $200) and the small door between the refrigerator and freezer that helps regulate the temperature was probably stuck and needed replaced (approx $200). We had already put $800 into it initially for the main board and broken ice maker so I asked if he thought it would just keep breaking. He asked how old it was and if we had purchased it. I told him it was installed by the people who sold us the house 5 year earlier but we've found from other items in the home that they haven't been fully honest so I wouldn't be surprised if it weren't brand new. Then he pointed out that the way the tubes were going into the back of the refrigerator made him think it was refurbished or tampered with prior to installation. So, we decided not to put anymore money into it. I wish he'd pointed these things out before we replaced the main board and the ice maker because we would have bought a new one then.

Came when they said they would. Diagnosed the problem (freezer defrost timer) and fixed it quickly for a fair price. I for sure recommend.

The two service men (Arron and Marco) dressed professional so I was able to identify the company. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and were very courteous. They finished the repair quickly and cleaned up as though they were never there. I will contact A&A Appliance for future repairs.

I hired another company that wasn't through Home Advisor. They never returned to complete the job. Called A & A , spoke with Aron. He came out the same day, diagnosed the problem,and I had my water pressure in my Refrigerator back that morning. Aron was very professional, explaining as he worked what was malfunctioning and what needed to be repaired. I highly recommend this company and am completely satisfied with their work.

Quick response and did a great job

They replaced a compressor relay on my Kitchen Aid Refrigerator/Freezer. They were able to come out the same day. They were courteous and professional. I would hire again.

They were ontime. They charged $220 for cleaning the coils. Within 3 hours refrigerator not working again. They did return and showed me a block of ice between freezer bins and back of freezer. Told me that it would need to thaw and then repair either $400 or $800 on top of the $220 i already paid. I told him I would replace. Later i just thawed the unit and all is working. Doubt it needed the coil cleaning and they did not clean up afterwards

Aaron was very prompt. Responded to my request for quote on Sunday within 30 minutes of submitting it on Sunday! He arrived as promised and quickly found and fixed the problem. I will use A&A any time I need appliance repair.
