They were on time, knowledgeable about my washing machine, and when they needed a part to complete the work, they went to get it and were back to finish the job quickly. Also, the price was fair. I will definitely use them again.

They were on time and they listen to my description of the problem. They investigated the problem and were very honest about telling me my washer need to be replaced instead of offering parts and services that would have done no good in the long run. I will hire them again.

I thought something was wrong with my oven. Aaron could have taken advantage of that and "found something," but after running my oven through tests, he said my oven was fine. Its hard to find a repairman you can trust. I have found my appliance man.

We had an LG double oven where the top oven stopped heating. The repair technician diagnosed the problem quickly, got a new part, and fixed it. The technician was very friendly, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about the personal service he was providing. The cost was more than I had hoped, but less than I expected. You get what you pay for. This time, it was well worth the expense.

Professional but overpriced

Very professional

The low rating on value for money is not a reflection of AAA's labor charges, but the parts cost. Replacing the ice maker, which I figured to cost around $250, was actually over $500. The guys were great and if needed, I will call them again and hope the parts aren't as high.
