Repairman called in advance. He promptly arrived & quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. The lead guy partner was detailed, and very polite. I would use A&A again--there's my recommendation! Diagnostic price was $50 V Sears, who wanted $100-then was determined to upsell me to a $600 yr protection plan after I said twice "No thank you". In addition, A&A came out the next morning. Sears was coming in a week. (This was all prior to Harvey). I give A&A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They called and came a day early - on the day I submitted the information - earliest appointment online was the next day. Diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator quickly, ordered & picked up the part and returned to install it. Aron and his assistant were here less than 30 minutes total of both trips. They are courteous and professional and easy to work with. Called before arriving both times. Highly recommend.

The best news is the outcome. My refrigerator and freezer are working again!

Did a very thorough job finding the problem with my gas dryer and fixed the dryer in one trip. Spent extra time letting the dryer run to make sure that it was heating properly after the repair was made.

Were on time and efficient with Microwave repair. Came with necessary replacement parts.

Just seemed a bit steep to replace two burners. But Aaron did keep me up to date on when he would be there and when he would be back with the parts. Just glad to have that looked at because I've never had a gas stove and too afraid to deal with it myself.
