A & A Appliance Repair

They seemed very busy, but organized and communicative. They asked if they could come earlier than originally schedule, which was fine with me, but then were later than rescheduled. I'm used to repairs, etc. taking longer than expected so I was too surprised. You can't really expect perfection because of traffic and delays in getting supplies, etc. Quite a good experience compared to others. Thank you Aaron!

Excellent service and very professional

They were here to diagnose a problem. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable about the brand and model of my machine. They gave us our options and we will take it from here. Repair was not cost effective.

I thought my dishwasher was leaking. He tested thoroughly and said it was not leaking. He said my seals were old but didn't have to be replaced yet. I need to insure the door is properly closed. He was honest. Honesty is hard to find.

Charging a lot

First time using the services of Home Advisor. My Dryer needed fixing. I liked how fast Aaron responded. The moment I hit the submit button he was on the phone. Exchanged pictures. He gave me an estimate. Gave me time to think if I should go ahead with the repair or buy a new Dryer. We decided to go with the repair. Very positive experience.

Working with me on a tight schedule. Don't know what I would have done without their help.

overpriced

Found more than one issue with my appliance. Unfortunally found it on the second visit. After paying almost $500 on the first visit and find out the second visit would cost more than $600. Would not have spent the first money knowing all the problems

Professional and great customer service.

The man who came was very friendly and quickly made me feel at ease with him.He was quite responsive when I called him later. The main purpose of A&A's visit was to get my freezer working or at least tell me why it wasn't working. That was not achieved. I paid for a part that seemed not to work but was not the cause of the problem.

This is the second time I've used A&A. They're professional, reliable and honest. I highly recommend them.

He was very thorough but I hired them to see why my washer was leaking and he could not find a reason. Still leaking.
