Quick diagnostic, had repair part in truck. Excellent work.

Honest opinion given. They explained that my repair would cost almost as much as a new appliance and suggested I buy new. They weren't selling new appliances so how can you doubt their word?

the tech called me before the appointment time and we talked about the problem with the stove. He was able to diagnose the problem and solve the problem. There was no need to make a repair call. I appreciate this service and will use them again should I have another small appliance repair.

They were nice guys and they were on time and they did the job well.

They were unable to make the repair due to the fact the microwave was installed above the stove. They were unable to even remove the face plate from the microwave and asked if it was OK if they possibly broke the clamps on the face plate in order to remove it. I had them put the screws back in place they removed and paid the service fee. I will need to call someone else. They were very courteous but unable to do the repair.

They didn't do any wk as they wanted 2 chg. Me $189. 2 clean little ice & frosting off the bottom freezers ice maker drawer etc. Alot more but this is enough 2 write about. Never will I call them again.

A & A did not do the repairs. They did assess the need and provided a quote. Aron, the repairman, called and asked to come earlier than the appointment and we agreed. He was courteous and knowledgable. We decided the repair cost was more than we wanted to spend on the 10 yr old refrigerator.
