Aron amd his associate arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very pleasant to work with. I would recommend A & A to anyone.

Aaron checked out my washer which wasn't spinning the clothes or wringing them out. It was determined to be a bad transmission and another issue. Since the cost of a new washer transmission approaches the cost of a new washer, I decided to pay for Aaron's trip charge, but he gave me three days in case I change my mind to have him do the repair, at which time he would credit me what I paid for his trip charge. He was very professional and called me the day of service and gave me the option of his coming out even earlier than he had promised. TIP: If the HomeAdvisor system is showing that he has an appointment slot later than you need him to come out, call him after arranging thru the HomeAdvisor site, and he might be able to fit you in his schedule earlier. Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. I will definitely call him out next time we need appliance repair.

Aron was hired December 17 to repair my GE oven - and repair it he did to the tune of $319 to replace a cracked starter . Sadly my oven failed again December 31 - same problem the oven would not heat - Now A&A Appliance Repair won't answer my calls - have since hired someone else who apparently wants my business. Shoddy work and they DO NOT stand behind their work.

Repair didn't take too much of my time.

They came in and did a voltage test and examined the bulb I?ve replaced. They didn?t have a bulb on them to test either. Went to home depot grabbed a G9 halogen and LED to test. Oven light still doesn?t come on. I suspect a socket. Got charged $50 for a bad diagnosis in my opinion. Personally, I think if they read the notes and came more prepared it could?ve been resolved or diagnosed better.
