Aaron did an excellent job and I would use this service again.

A&A was professional and knowledgeable. The fix was very minor and he told me what it was, so if it happened again I would know how to fix it.

The techician and his helper were polite but price quoted was outrageous. They said my dishwasher needed a whole new control board and quoted over $400 with two week delivery. I told them I could get the part in two days. They also quoted over $100 for a simple plastic drain hose while the one I had could have been repaird.

Very expensive. 175 dollar for replacing a plastic hose.

Aron and his associate arrived a little late after calling to inform me that they would be late The repair was done within 30 minutes. Am very satisfied. Will use this company again if repairs are needed.

Aaron was honest and very helpful. He even called when I booked the apt and offered to come out in Saturday. They checked the appliance and found everything was working. They did a quick clean of the coils and did not try to up sell anything. I would highly recommend them!

Even though the problem I had was due to my own stupidity, the repairmen were punctual and professional. Solved my problem in no time!

In accordance with usual bad luck, it stopped making the noise when they arrived. They checked my dryer and found the belt was wearing unevenly. He also asked if I wanted him to replace the bearing because that is usually the part that makes a noise and then sometimes stops making the noise. He only charged me for the part. While it did cost $250, I have a well maintenance dryer for a good deal. Last few times I've had ARS out, they wanted to sell me a new appliance!

A & A Appliance was on time, professional, personable, and was able to quickly identify what was wrong with my dryer. They had the parts in their truck and made the repair. The entire job took 30 minutes. They stayed to be sure my dryer heated up and that the timer worked. I would highly recommend A & A Appliance.

Excellent customer service. He kept me informed as to when they would arrive and diagnosed the problem immediately. They left to retrieve the part needed and returned to complete the job. I would highly recommend using A&A Appliance Service.

From the time that I contacted them thru Homeadvisor until the time that refrigerator was repaired was less than 4 hours. Now you can't beat that.
