+ -1 moreThey got here a little late but once they did they went right to work and were through a little after 3 PM. I was very pleased with their work and they cleaned up after they finished and you couldn't even tell they had been here. I received pictures by e-mail of what it looked like in the attic and it looked great. Would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: They took out an old A/C and Heating System and put in a new Trane System.

Description of Work: They managed and maintained an old system (20+ years) and then they replaced it for me. I had a maintenance contract -- they came twice a year for routine maintenance (transferable when I sold my house). They also kept in touch with me during the process.

He took the time to thoroughly explain what happened and what he was going to do to fix it. He gave me options and allowed me to choose which option was best for us which I really appreciated.

+ -1 moreGreg is very honest and dependable! He educates you on your HVAC system and explains ways to repai your system without completely reinstalling a new system, if possible. I never felt pressured when I decided to get a new system. I knew that I would get a great price and it would be installed correctly, Since then, I call Greg to service my HVAC system every year!
Description of Work: I first hired Greg because my overflow pan overflowed and my ceiling caved-in when I was 8 months pregnant in July, 2006. It was my first house and no one explained to me about the necessity to service my HVAC system. Greg was awesome! He cleaned out the lines, replaced my old rubber pipe with PCV and gave me the best education on my A/C and furnace, how they worked and how to keep them operating efficiently. Later that year, I had Greg replace my entire A/C and furnace, and I have used Greg every year to service my HVAC system to keep it running at its best and Carbon Monoxide-free.

Description of Work: Overflow pan had caused float-switch to stop A/C. They cleared the drain, siphoned out the water, inspected the unit and re-charged the freon.
