During the 3 years we leased this home we had to call in repairs multiple times because they "forgot" to put in the repair order. They would send us a lease to sign at renewal time we signed and sent it back and 3 months later send it again stating we had never signed it.
Once a tree limb fell on the house and knocked a hole in the roof and because they "forgot" to put in a work order it rained 3 days later and damaged the ceiling. Then when you move out, no matter how good you leave the property, you will not get your deposit back. They will send you an invoice (B and L Contractors)with all kinds of made up charges and showing that you owe them money back. They did all the same stuff when my son and his wife rented from them and even billed them for a $1325 air conditioner (window unit) that was never in the house go begin with. Some of the things I was billed for on my invoice was never even done. I seen this when I drove by the property again. Nothing but crooks!!
