Chris was able to schedule the estimate appointment when others could not and he was here when he said he would be here. Same goes for the appointment for the actual work. He did solid work, was mindful of my schedule, worked within the window he gave and offered useful advice toward future plumbing maintenance. Iâ ll be calling him in the future for bathroom updates as well as referring him to friends. Oh, and seeing another reviewer mention this, itâ s worth noting again that his quote was accurate at the time of his finishing. That speaks to his skill at being able to accurately gauge the problem as well as his character. Thanks Chris!

The initial response was great and was offered a couple of options for repair work. We agreed on me purchasing the toilet, and he met and delivered to my house. Installation was quick and service was good. He was called out to stop a small leak around the tank screws. Second call went well he tightened the bolts and still leaked. Other calls to get the problem fixed was told he could not tighten any more tank might crack. No other solution was offered. Therefore, I have to find a way to stop one side from leaking slightly.

I was impressed with Chris' professionalism and the quality of his work. He was polite and courteous. He gave us a clear and uncomplicated explanation of what needed to be done. His stuck to his quote on the cost of the work that needed to be done and did not have any additional charges after he had completed the job.

Chris very nice and explained everything about pricing and what needed to be done. I would recomend him. But the only thing I would say to chris is to have his workers knock on customer door to let them know water is being turned off. Just for good customer service. He had his crew out there digging where the problem was before I had my shower taken.

Despite being told by another plumbing company that fosset in master bathroom couldnt be fixed and had to be replaced for 1300 dollars, they were able to do a repair at what was a very fair price. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.
