Within a very short period of time after submitting my request, I rec'd a text which I considered great customer service had this been an emergency. I spoke with Chris early the next morning and he was on time for both the initial estimate visit and the next morning to perform the work. The price was great and the work fast. He replaced and installed a new, quality brand water heater bringing everything up to code. After a quick closeout of the job with no changes from the original estimate, he hauled off the old w. heater. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience ... ;-)

Chris was spectacular! Not only did he explain everything and double check our expectations, he was fast and professional. The price was great for doing a job that we definitely bit off more than we could chew. I'd call him again for any plumbing needs.

I was very happy with the service. From the time I called and was scheduled for service the next day to the punctuality of arrival and the quick diagnosis of the problem. I will definitely use again.

Chris was enthusiastic from the get-go about doing the job for me. He was always on time and communicated with me on everything that would be done. I had a tunnel crew that dug under my house, then Chris and his partner replaced the old sewer pipe (40 years old) with new pipe. I initially had four breaks in the line. When the dirt was backfilled, there was a lot left over, so the crew placed and leveled the excess along my fence line, in a low spot, and along the house. They did a great job. In addition to the sewer line, Chris also replaced my old bathtub with a new one, which was actually larger than the old. It was a chore, but the job was done nicely. I now have a deep soaker tub. I had to hire tilers and paint before the vanity, toilet and tub were connected, which was over a week. But, Chris worked with me, and came out when I was ready, in order to hook up everything in the bathroom. He also replaced hot and cold water valves in my other bathroom. Eventually, when I get the shower in the master bath tiled, Chris will come out and attach the shower head, as well. I am very pleased with the work that Chris and his crew did, and I would highly recommend his company to others.

Chris did a good job. He told me up front how much it would cost to replace 2 faucets. Even though the work ended up being more costly, he still only charged me for what he told me up front. The only reason I rated the value a 4 and not a 5 is because plumbing in general has gotten so expensive, but that's true everywhere.
