Prompt, professional and courteous. He told me of a special he was going to offer in the near future on full toilet replacement vs. the tank parts. Gave me the pricing of each to make an informed decision. I was very appreciative.

Very pleased, as he did call when he was going to be a little past time. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, and called minutes before arriving. That was great customer service!

Water heater was installed, but a permit was to be pulled or at least that was what the tech said, well it was never pulled and the work has not been inspected. I called and asked for my money back on that portion of the job, but he said that he will go pull a permit and have the city come out to inspect. Well here it is a month later and still no word. I would like either my money back for the permit or a permit pulled and an inspection. HELP!

When Island Mann arrived to do the work, it was only one worker. He said his partner had to leave for an emergency. For the work to be done, it was alot for just one guy to do. My wife was home with him for 3 hours but had to leave finally for a prior commitment so he was left to finish on his own. We were not happy with the way we found the house when we got home. Our water heater is in our attic. We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs that we found broken when we got back. There was also a chunk missing from the corner of the wall at our entryway on the main level. Wood chips were left all over our carpet right below the attic door. I went in the attic to see the new water heater and noticed the drip tray was quite full of water that the water heater was just sitting in. I had to clean up the water myself. I expect my house to be left in the same state it started and for them to clean up after themselves. Leaving multiple messes and breaking items in my house is not acceptable. Also, the charges were more than expected. I bought the Big Deal for $699. I knew I would have to pay an upgrade of $100 for a larger model which was communicated to me beforehand. What I did not know and was not spelled out in the details is they charge and additional $150 for a permit and $155 for installation in an attic. It would have been nice to know about these charges beforehand. I had used Island Mann before and had no complaints. I think the issues stemmed from there only being one guy to handle a job that really should have had two people. We were not happy with the amount of time it took and the state he left our house in when he left.

We called with an emergency toilet unclogging. They responded within an hour and had the job done very quickly. I have had similar repairs done by another plumber and they charged substantially more for the same job. They were quick, efficient and very polite.

Very professional. I purchased an older home, where the previous owner was a "do-it-yourself" kind of guy. The issue was fixed in very short order. No more leaks!

Raymond and his assistant showed up on time, very professional and friendly. I think he was training his helper on things to pay attention. I am not an easy person to impress but he impressed me. Raymond was clean, tidy and methodical. He had the toilet out and the new one in and functioning in about an hour and a half. It would have taken me at least an entire weekend and who knows if it would be working and leak free. I highly recommend Island Mann Plumbing.

Professionally done. Attended to the problem immediately; Obviously knows his trade very well; I relied on his expertise and am well satisfied with the work. I have had a number of so called plumbers address the re-curring water heater problems. They got paid well but their service did not take care of the problem. So far, all is great with the work done by Island Plumbing.

Raymond was professional, friendly, and helpful. Diagnosed the problem right away and repaired it beautifully! I asked him about two other plumbing problems I have; he checked and quoted me very reasonable prices for each repair. I was VERY IMPRESSED! I will definitely hire him again.

They fixed a toilet and kitchen sink faucet. They did a wonderful job! They were very professional, dressed nicely, provided their business card, and called in advance. I would definitely use them again if I need to!

Arrived at 9:00 like he said he would. I went to Wal-Mart for two hours and when I got home it was finished with no mess to clean up. Ray did a wonderful job. So good, we asked him to do another job next week for us. I would recommend him to anyone for a good plumbing repair job, big or small.

My wife and I were very pleased with Island Mann, Ray has an excellent knowleged of plumbing including trouble shooting. He and his workers were timely, clean, and their estimate was equal to or below many of the other competing plumbing compnays. I would recommend Island Mann to anyone.

WONDERFUL ! Efficient, knowledgeable, polite, professional, prompt and did not waste any time. VERY pleasant experience from beginning to end. My husband and I were very pleased. There were other needs that came up during the process that required work out of his expertise and he knew the contacts that we needed and they too were most polite, reasonable and efficient.
