Mr. Appliance called promptly and was able to send a repairman within 2 hours of their call. Javier arrived on time and was finished with the job in less than an hour. The next day I received a call to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I appreciated the customer service!

Travis came the same day I called. He arrived 15 minutes earlier than the window I was given. Within 20 minutes he had a quote to fix the washer and detailed the issue. It was a drain pump failure which I chose to repair myself. After finishing that repair myself, the machine still was not spinning. I left a message and Travis called me back. He thought that might be due to a faulty lid switch and gave me the part number. I installed that $15 part and the machine works as advertised. I appreciate honest folks and that is what this company employs.

Technician was upfront about repairs, the need for a replacement part, and the expected repair date if/when the part could be found. Scheduled appointment the same day and was out the same day.

Beware!!! I"m trying to get my dryer repaired again. Your tech came out yesterday and told me the wiring to my control switch was damaged due to the wiring harness. He said considering the cost of the repair, I should just buy a new dryer. I had to tell him, as he was unaware, that your company actually installed a supposed new hiring harness in October 2020. I also have a receipt indicating a 1 year part and labor warranty. The tech Travis told me he would speak to the owner and Mr. Appliance would get this fixed as soon as possible, at their expense since the damage is their fault. I have not heard back from him to schedule the repair time. At 10am today, I called the 832-895-1800 number. I told the woman that answered what the situation is. She was going to tell me the parts are not covered under warranty. I told her I have the receipt dated 10/22/20 that reads 1 year part and labor warranty. She told me she would need to talk to her manager. I told her I was getting upset about this matter. She told me I need to lower my volume. She became very terse. I said to her several times, let's start this conversation over, I was starting to say something and she hung up the phone. Highly unprofessional. She hung up the phone and now only voicemail comes on. Is this how customers are treated? I have valid reasons to be upset. Now suddenly, without contacting me, the diagnostic fee has been refunded. Only after requesting it several times did Mr. Appliance finally provided me a copy of the diagnostic for my records. It shows the hiring harness Mr. Appliance installed needs to be replaced, again, as does the temperature select switch. According to your tech, the wiring harness I paid for and had installed by your company has caused my dryer controls to stop working. Call again this morning. No response. Mr. Appliance needs to fix the damage they caused. If this is how they treat customers and handle business. Beware!!
