Parts had to be ordered. I was advised when the part were ordered and when delivery was expected. When the parts were received I was contacted to schedule the installation. The installation was done quickly at the time promised. I would use them again.

$200/hr for labor was unfair and greedy. They was just interested in collecting the $95 diagnostic fee.....performing work and overcharging for labor was extra for them.

Simple installation of an ice maker. Do not believe it was done correctly. Bucket does not line up well and solenoid arm will not deactivate crushing mechanism. Expensive, on top of all that.
