"John, I've reached out to you a few times. I would love the opportunity to see photos of what you describe and, if needed, make adjustments. We take particular pride in our workmanship and when I looked at photos of your installation the unit looks beautiful from the photos. It's suspended with unistrut and suspension cables with wire locks. I'm unable to see what you're describing. In terms of the location of where we put the return. This install was done about 9 months ago so I'm a bit dis-advantage in terms of recollection but I believe we were limited in terms of where we could install the return by the rafters / existing carpentry of the home. Unfortunately we're sometimes limited by where exactly we can install our returns. If you'd like us to install another return somewhere else I'm happy to do so. I take responsibility for the miscommunication between you and I regarding duct sealant. I believe what you expected was hiring a 3rd party company to bring in equipment to do a duct blower test. Unfortunately that is not standard on an HVAC replacement and we don't do that internally. I am unaware of any company that does (unless the ducts themselves are all replaced). We did a palpation test where feel over joints for leakage. When you brought it to our attention there was an issue we came out the next day to address it. Our company has 5 NATE certified techs which is the highest level of training/certification you can achieve in HVAC. Despite our heavy investment in our techs/installers education we aren't perfect and we would love any opportunity you can offer to address your concerns. It's been 9 months since we did this project so we were unaware you still were upset. Please call us back at your convenience so we can do your best to totally change your current opinions."
