Quality experience from beginning to end. Miles was extremely knowledgeable about the deficits of my old system and set about to rectify existing faults. I knew going in that our unit was too small for the square footage of our home. I was unaware of a multitude of existing problems until speaking with Miles. Team Enoch was not the first contractor I contacted, but was far and away the most detailed, professional, and was focused on solving problems rather than simply installing a larger unit. He sent us a very detailed estimate and a plan to fix existing issues. The installation technicians were thorough, professional, and left no mess of any kind behind. Several weeks later we had tradesmen working in our attic and they commented positively about the quality of the HVAC work. Team Enochâ s was not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid I received for a new Air Conditioner. What stood out was their knowledge and professionalism. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend Team Enoch.

If you are looking for new A/C systems - look no further. The team at Enoch is the best I’ve ever seen. I have never seen a large HVAC vendor that the owner of the company came out to do the original walk through. Miles (the owner) is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was his bid incredibly competitive - he also notice that we wanted to have two crews to handle the large home project we had done for new A/C and furnace solutions. The work was done all in one day and they spend extra time cleaning up after all the work was done. Then the next day Miles called me back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. If you are getting bids for new AC systems - you must have Enoch come out and give you a bid. I rank them a 10 out of 10. The best I’ve ever seen.

Great price and installation. Installed 2 systems in 1 day for less than others bid for 1 system!! Very happy with Enoch. In fact, I already referred them to a friend!

Seemed excellent up until actual installation. Guys that were sent out didn?t seem to know what they were doing. I had them install a second return air supply in the master bedroom. Showed them where another tech had stated would be the ideal spot to put it. Gentleman told me no problem they?d be doing that later in day. When I checked in later they had already added the return air vent, but put it in a completely different spot? a spot about 10 feet in front of a supply register meaning much of the air coming out of the supply vent is now being sucked up immediately into the new return! On top of that In addition .. I was told in writing? that they would patch run a pressure test on ducts and patch any leaks found. To my knowledge no such test was done. I?ve asked to see it and been ignored. The leaks that I had already told them were there were not addressed on install. They did finally send someone out, but he only patched the leaks on the plenum? not the leaks at the returns that I told them about. The tech who patched those also told me in writing that the nee return vent was too small and he recommended having a larger vent installed. This is the same vent that their own workers added just a week prior! I?ve had other hvac techs state the same immediately upon seeing the new return vent. They also stated it should never have been placed where it was. The crew even had trouble installing the nest thermostat? seemingly unaware of how to get it the proper voltage. It took a different tech finally making it out late that day to show them what they were doing wrong and get the system working correctly. So I end up with a very nice new system, whose air is sucked up immediately in the master bedroom by a return that is too small causing a humming sound often. Oh I had also requested the addition of a 4? filter accommodation added. When they were done and gone.. and I was looking things over in detail I realized that there was a screw going up into the air handler that was attaching steel installation straps for the drip panel beneath. Goodman specifically states to NEVER drill into or puncture the walls of the air handler which they did. Not only did they do that, the screw was sticking up right smack in the middle of the slot where the 4? filter is supposed to slide in! Buyer Beware

TeamEnoch work quality and cost were the best. Installation Evan and Richard took care everything much better than I expected. I have had American Home Shield who assigned several different contactors to fix my HVACs. Their (AHS contractors) work quality was poor (I would rate them as 2-star the most). I highly recommend TeamEnoch for HVAC work. In fact I will hire them again to install the 2nd HVAC for my house in the near future.

I had a bid from Enoch over the phone within minutes. I thought it was interesting that the most expensive bids I received were all from companies that bid after coming to my house. Enoch had the least expensive bid and they did everything they said they would. There were not any surprises or extra charges. I now have a great system at half the price of some competitors. I couldn't be happier.

My 5 ton AC unit died after 14 years of use. I took in 4 vendor bids to replace the unit. Enoch was excellent to work with. Better than all the rest. Enoch listened, they taught me what to look for and we worked together to get the best return for my money. Enoch won the bid. Their workers were timely, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I am so pleased with the Enoch work. Honestly I was very concerned to select the right AC vendor and installer. This was a huge expense for us. In the end I could not be happier with the Enoch implementation.

they had to remove gate and fence to install the outside unit. When finished installation they reinstalled gate and fence but it was not correctly re-assembled so that the gate could be securely latched. It took over a month to get it fixed correctly as they were TOO BUSY (swamped ) to come back and read just the latch to match it secure-

Miles is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He responded to our request right away. He helped us get the best system for our home rather than trying to up-sell us on things we didn't really need. His team is very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. The entire process, from initial estimate to billing for the job completion was very seamless! We would highly recommend!

They did an OK job on the A/C (only after I showed them in the manual how to hook up the stage1/stage2 wires), but they tried 4 times to get the exhaust flue on the furnace right. I finally gave up on them and fixed it myself.
