faucet works, busted out brick to replace and did not attempt any repair of that (there is a ole in my house now).

Everything went really well. Scheduling was very easy, they showed right on time, and they did good work with the installation. They even installed some insulation around the faucet, and they let me know in case my puppy tried to chew it out which I appreciated.

I was told and I understood from the beginning that this was not the best application, and the corrugated duct was mostly impossible to clear of roots and trash. A good effort on a cold day was made, and some progress was made. I was hoping for more, but was made aware of the obstacles to clear this type of pipe. I appreciated that the technician tried, and made multiple attempts.

Service Tech was on time and very polite. It found the unit was broken and replaced it with equipment on truck. The total time to fix the problem was approx. 30minutes. Very efficient and helpful.

He showed up with in the window that had been communicated. He worked quickly and had both faucets replaced in about an hour. He very pleasant and knew what he he was doing.

He came out and since I didn't have a frost free faucet. He stated it would be a much more intensive project. It would have been over $1500 to install. It only works if you already have a frost free faucet. The way the deal was worded should be altered. The provider was prompt and was straight with me.

to u This Big Deal was to replace the old outdoor hose faucet and to do a free comprehensive plumbing inspection. When I called and talked to the lady on call, she didn't seem to know about the inspection. I was concerned that the leak was coming from the lower pipe connected to the faucet. Phil said he would install the faucet and then see what happened after that. The new faucet didn't seem to be leaking and he said if it were the pipe below the leak would probably cause a puddle which he didn't see. I felt like the price was a bit high for a big deal since the brass faucets I saw on line were no higher than about $17.00, and the work didn't take very long because it didn't require any digging nor did it involve other pipe issues. I think some of the problem here is I didn't do enough research myself, and I must not have understood the Big Deal. My expectations were different than the reality of what happened. I thought it would be a frost free faucet, but Phil said those could only be installed when the faucet is in the side of the house. I responded "Yes" to using this company again because I think Phil did a good job with what his company sent him to do, and if I needed plumbing done I would consider them, but I would do quite a bit more price comparison to better understand the going rate for the work and the installed items.

We called our home warranty company when our hot water heater went out. Scotty from SWAT came out, looked at it and contacted the warranty company who authorized a replacement and installed a new tank the next day. UPDATE - 12/31/14 The actual work done was so-so but the customer service from the office staff was very bad. The city permit was not pulled and when I inquired, was told it would be done and a date was given for the inspection by the city. It was not done and it took several more phone calls to get it taken care of. The inspector would not pass the installation and it took more calls to the office to get the work done and passed.

Robert was our technician from SWAT plumbing. I cannot tell you how AWESOME he was! He was so wonderful. He knew immediately what was wrong with our tub leak and fixed it pronto. He saved us a ton of money. My husband and I thought for sure we were going to have to rip out the tub and replace it and pay a fortune. All it needed was a new small piece of drain and that fixed. No ripping the whole thing out and starting a unwanted remodel. If you need a good plumbing company call SWAT and make sure you ask them to send out Robert. Plus he arrives on time and knows his stuff! Good job Robert and SWAT! SWAT is lucky to have someone like Robert working for them.

We called Swat for a clog in our guest bathroom. From start to finish they were very professional I was very impressed. If I have future issues, I will defiantly call them again.

The gentleman was very professional, and made sure to cover his shoes when he came into my home. The quality of work, and the fast and efficient way it was done were great. I would defiantly call them again.

Called ahead of time, arrived on time,checked both outside faucets..explained how the faucet should work and what to look for next time. completed repairs.

I was so happy using this company, I called around to other companies and found that SWAT was the cheapest in replacing my water heater. The tech that came to my home was courteous, respectful and answered all my questions. The service was great, work done timely and very professional.

I called SWAT Plumbing early this morning, and got a voicemail recording. I left a message on the emergency voicemail about my toilets backing up and flooding my floors! (Not a good thing to happen with a house full of kids on a HOLIDAY!!) One of the ladies in the office called me back at 8:05 and let me know that they had an availability this morning! Within an hour and half they were in and out! Now, my toilets are flushing and I can shower! Now I can enjoy Labor Day without any fuss! FAST AND AMAZING!!

They were able to service me the same day and install a new water heater the same afternoon. Had to add the required update, a pan in case there is a leak in the future. Appreciated the quick response and that the garage was left clean.

Swat Plumbing responded to our problem and located the slab leak within an hour after arriving at our home. They repaired the leak and we were able to resume using the water the same day .The technician was professional and courteous. I would use this company again.

Water was leaking and they came within 2 hours of calling. Repair was done very fast and cost was fair. I would definitely use this company again.

Repairs were requested under a home warranty. The service repairman came out to look at the faucet with the broken handle and said he could not repair it- it would need to be replaced. He then went on to tell me that the faucet that was covered was a cheap plastic model that would look awful and I would not be happy. For 175 dollars I could go purchase a faucet and he would install it, For 225 dollars he would buy the faucet and add the price to the bill. If he bought the faucet he claimed it would come with a factory warranty. I spoke with American Home Shield and was informed that the SWAT claim was in fact not correct. If I wanted to upgrade I would only need to pay the difference in the cost of their faucet and the faucet that I wanted. After multiple discussions with SWAT and multiple unanswered phone calls they eventually told me where I could to see an example of the faucet that they would install. The proposed faucet looked fine. 2 weeks later they came to install. I got home that night and the same old faucet was in place. They had decided to repair it although did not attach the cap on the top of the faucet. They left a message that if I wanted the cap attached I would need to contact the faucet manufacturer and have the part shipped to my address. They would then come out and finish the job. I left multiple messages with there office and never heard back. I ended up repairing the cap myself and writing it off as a learning experience. Clearly the initial repairman was hoping to make a little extra money on the side. The company said he had been let go, but the service got no better. Do not trust this company.

tl:dr - Plumber broke my sink and refused to fix it. We had a slow-draining bathroom sink, and SWAT plumbing came out and advised us that there was nothing wrong with the sink and that we should pour ammonia or bleach in the sink to clear up any clogs. He then wiggled back the drain assembly to open the drain a bit more so that water would flow faster. As soon as he left we noticed that the sink was now leaking from the bottom. We called them back immediately to inform them of this - and they scheduled a time a week later to come back and take a look at it. When they came back, they said the leak wasn't covered and we would have to pay for a new drain assembly plus labor. We called their management. A week later the owner of the company came out to look at it - and he tried to insist that his technician did not cause the leak, it was just a coincidence... He offered to tighten it, but only if I first removed the sink pedestal - at which point I escorted him out of my house. I will never use this plumber again, and I recommend no one else use them either.

SWAT Plumbing scheduled me in quickly to fix this problem which I really appreciated. The office staff was very helpful and efficient... The plumber was totally professional, explaining the problem, repairing and answering any of my questions at the site. They are now #1 on my list for any plumbing repairs both personally and in my real estate profession. Excellent!

My home warranty company that sent them to check what i thought was a clogged pipe. It turned out to be a broken pipe and my home warranty does not cover broken pipes. I was fine with that and they gave me an estimate for repairs. This is my rental property and he knew I was having to put my tenants up in a hotel if I didn't get it fixed ASAP. He gave me an estimate for $2675.00 + another $288 to reset 2 toilets. I thought it was high (knowing nothing about plumbing) so I called my regular plumber and they came out and gave me an estimate for $400. They did the same thing as the estimate for $2675 with the exception of a double sweep clean-out that was on the invoice from SWAT which my plumber explained was unnecessary. A single clean-out would do for a 6' area. I understand that companies have different prices and some are higher than others but a $2275. difference is OUTRAGEOUS. The guy was unprofessional besides the price gauging in acting like he did not believe me that up until that point I had not had previous issues with the plumbing since I had owned the home. I continuously felt like I had to repeat/defend that I had had none in the previous 2 years.
