We noticed moisture on our carpet in a bedroom. My husband tried to identify the issue but couldn't tell where the water was coming from. We have been neighbors for years and I trust her judgement so we scheduled an appointment with Doug. He evaluated the moisture and told us it was a slab leak. He gave us an estimate and described exactly what was needed. Then he suggested that we get a second estimate which we did from another company. The second estimate confirmed the slab leak, but the estimated cost was more than 25% greater and the service had to be scheduled out by 3-5 days. Therefore we decided to go ahead and have Pro-Tech fix our slab leak. Doug was neat and very respectful of our home. The work took all day just as he told us it would. We have had no issues since.
