Classic Roofing and Construction is a great company and I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs a new roof. They help you through the whole insurance process from start to finish and are true professionals!

Roofing job was not the problem. Destroying the property of two neighbors was the problem. Classic Roofing drove their trucks and trailers through the two neighbors property, destroying the ground. They even removed (and stole) a post that was installed by one neighbor to prevent vehicles from driving through the yard. Maybe they know roofing, but they don’t show courtesy for others!

The service was pretty good, it took them a while to get the job done but they were able to finish and complete the job anyway and they did a pretty good job.

It went well and they work with our insurance company to make it affordable.

So far it has rained several times and no leaks at all.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and met with my insurance adjuster, on my behalf. The crew they used were on time, and tidy. There was not a single shingle or nail dropped into my yard from removing the old roof, and installing the new roof. The did an excellent job.

Classic Roofing was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They listened to my preferences and worked within budget to accommodate them. One major addition we desired was ventilated ridges to replace the old static fans installed when we built the house. With Texas summers, this has served to cool the attic space significantly, saving energy cost and helping to protect items stored in the space. Workers were considerate of the residence, protecting trees, landscape, and a backyard pool. Clean-up was excellent and the resulting roof is both cosmetically pleasing and structurally sound. We highly recommend their services!

The roofing crew finished the roof job in one day, and a follow up visit had my window repaired in less than 30 minutes. Classic roofing went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of.

Three months after the roof was replaced, I had a leak in the dining room. I called Classic Roofing and they sent somebody to repair the spot on the roof causing the leak. However, the spot left on the ceiling from the water leak had to be repaired as additional cost. Then, about 3 years after the roof was replaced, I noticed several shingles were lifted. I called Classic Roofing despite it being past the 2 year warranty, and I emailed a picture as an example. The owner seemed very eager to work with me, probably because he thought I was allowing him an opportunity to replace my ENTIRE roof. He even thanked me for allowing him such an opportunity. The owner sent an employee (Victor) to check out the lifted shingles. From this point on, the owner changed his stance all of a sudden, probably because Victor mentioned to him how poorly the work was done. The owner requested a final invoice from the roof replacement in 2011, which I did not have at the time because the previous owner did not leave me one. After several attempts to reach the owner, he finally quoted me $750 to fix the lifted shingles if I could not locate the invoice, otherwise he would do it for free. While trying to locate the invoice, I did not want further rain damage to my house from rain, so I had another company (Superior One Roofing) fix the lifted shingles for $120. While performing the work, they pointed out how poorly the work was done by Classic Roofing. The nails were in the wrong place on every single slab of shingles that was pulled off. There were a total of 8, and Classic installed NONE of them correctly. I still have the shingles sitting around as evidence. Superior One Roofing stated most of the shingles were being held simply by the tar-like material on the shingles, as opposed to the nails, because the nails were put in the wrong place. Since Classic got 0 out of 8 correct, that probably speaks to how poorly the rest of the roof work was done. I have started to notice the lifted shingles in other parts of my roof so I have a bigger issue on hand. In the meantime, I tracked down the final invoice from the work that was done in 2011, thanks to the insurance claim that was filed. Once I had the final invoice, I sent it to James Koiner, but he would not respond. I made one final attempt to contact him by writing a formal letter with all the details of what was going on, similar to what I've typed in this review. About a month later, still not response. This is what leads me to write this review. If anybody gets work done from this company, they might want to have another company come back out and check the work. Or find out about the poor workmanship a couple years down the road, like I did.

Anybody needing a new roof should call James at Classic he will take great care of you, all of your concerns become his, and if he says he'll return your call he will. Outstanding professionalism throughout the entire company from top to bottom a first class organization. I would recommend Classic Roofing anybody shopping around, this is the company to use !

From the very beginning, when they came to do an inspection of our roof, the Folks at Classic Roofing were great. We dealt with Steve who was able to show us all of the hail damage and wear and tear that was up there. Steve sat down with us and explained everything from what the roof needed (which was a total replacement), to how long it would take to complete the job. He walked us through filing the claim with our insurance company. Which we did while he was here. While we waited for the insurance company to send out their adjuster, Steve stayed in close contact with us, and he was always a professional. Kudos to Steve, Classic has a great representative of their business! When we were finally able to get the job started, the necessary materials were delivered the day before. The morning of the job, the crew that showed up were great. They were courteous, hard workers who had the job done in no time at ll it seemed, didn't even take a whole day! Not only that they did a fantastic job in cleaning everything up! If you need a roof replaced, my husband and I highly recommend Classic Roofing and Construction. Their commitment to the customer, their commitment to getting the job done right and above all else, their commitment to professionalism make them the company for you!
