Aire Serv of Fort Worth

Technician was very polite and explained problem to me. He fixed the problem and made note of a couple of other parts that were working well ifjr now but may need to be replaced in the future. We will definitely call air serv if we need ac repairs in the future.

I called and left a message. It did sound like their answering machine cut off before I finished my message so I left a message for them on their Angie's List page. In fairness their Angie's List add said it could take until Tuesday (4 days from initial contact) so I waited until 8:30 pm before I wrote this. In any case we are moving on.

They installed a complete new Manna heating and cooling unit and hauled the old one away. With the new unit, they also installed a new programmable digital thermostat. They were very courteous, careful, and explained things well to us. They kept everything clean and made no mess in our home. They did a lot of extra which we really appreciated. They come out twice a year through the maintenance plan we have with them for the air and heat units. They complete a cleaning and inspection on both of them. If we ever forget to call and schedule an appointment with them, they call to remind us. When you have the annual plan with them and if you ever have an issue, they come out immediately.

He arrived on time checked my air conditioner and gave me an opinion as to what was needed. I have used them before and found them to be very honest.

The service technician was very personal, yet professional. He asked my husband to join him as he inspected our air conditioning unit located in the back yard. He explained to my husband what parts of the unit needed to be checked to ensure that it was in proper working condition for the summer months. During his inspection he found that we needed a new capacitor. He had one with him and installed it immediately. He tested all relevant components and found everything else to be in good working order. We highly recommend Aire Serve. We felt that the price (which included the part needed) was fair, and we also received a discount because we are Angie's List members!

I first called on a r Friday morning (6/6/14), and received a voice mail. I left a message and got busy with work. I never received a call back. I called again on Monday, and scheduled and appointment for the next day between 10 am and 2 pm. After leaving work, and waiting until 3 pm.... I called. I was told that there was no record of of me being on the schedule for that day. I was told that the person that I was speaking to was the night dispatcher, and that she would talk to the day dispatcher to see what happened. I was told that I would get a call right back. After 1 hour, I called again. This time, I spoke to the day dispatcher, and told that my appoinitment was between 2 pm and 6 pm, and that someone was on the way. I never got another call until the technican called about 7:30 to ask if I still wanted him to come out. I agreed and he was on his way. When the technican finally arrived it was about 9:30 pm. I had been at the house since 9:30 that morning waiting, only for them to finally show up 12 hours later. After speaking with the technician, I am told that both dispatchers are actually the wife and daughter of the owner, and that this happens often. Had I not had an bad a/c for 5 days, and changing service providers would add to that, I would have canceled my service with this company. The technician was great, and did a good job; however, the owners clearly either have no regard for anything resembling customer service...or are incapable of being the least bit organized. Had this review been based soley on the technican that actually did the work, all scores would have been "A". He was very friendly and helpful. Maybe, he should start his own company. I am sure that he would do very well.

Technician was difficult about coming at the prearranged appointment time. Working people need service done in the evening after they've worked all day. Technician did insufficient job correctly evaluating the problem. Was more interested in telling me that my unit was in need of replacement than repair. Technician did not correct the problem and when I called to report that I still had a water leak, I could not get a return visit promptly scheduled. I decided to use a different company who thoroughly corrected my problem and did not recommend replacing my unit at this time. Replacement of the condensation drain because of a crack was the problem which their technician did not find. I tried to speak with a manager at Aire Serv of Fort Worth over the span of three days. Every time I called, I was given an excuse as to why I could not speak with a manager within an hour of my call. I kept leaving my name and number and a detailed reason for my call but no one from this company was interested in handling my concerns. I paid my bill promptly but this company has terrible customer service. Their phone receptionist is polite but I know when I am given the brush off. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The technician arrived ahead of scheduled time, he quickly found the problem and made the necessary repairs. Part of our $500 payment was for purchase of a year long service plan.

unsatisfactory on all levels

I'm very pleased with Mr. Kelvin?Rogers! I've lived in the house since '85 and I've had a lot of air conditioning companies walk through the door but I've never had one as professional as them. Their company name is kind of flaky (Aire Serv) but once Kelvin engages, there's that level of comfort which typical air conditioning companies cannot provide. I trust them. June 7, 2016 Update: I have dropped Aire Serve of Ft. Worth. They were unable to fix a problem with my A/C that has existed since installation. I am forced to monitor my A/C 24x7 while at home or on the road. Otherwise, it will start warming the house instead of cooling it. That is nothing but RIDICULOUS. My opinion is that Aire Serv?s Satisfaction Guarantee, No Lemon Guarantee, Money Back Guarantee, Systems Assurance Guarantee and No Quibble Guarantee are all garbage. They leave you hanging with a problem and really don?t care. I will NEVER let them in my house again, especially Mr. Rogers. He once sat in my den and promised me he would make it right. Well, he did not. Stay away from Aire Serv of Ft. Worth.

Was on time and helped me minimize work loss by calling when on his way. Also worked with rescheduling when original date was too cold to properly test unit. Performed all per big deal and explained was was being done. Noticed minor problem and told me what to watch for going forward.

The service was good. We would recommend them. They were really good in the way that they handled everything. They found issues that other air conditioning service companies had missed which is good. The quality of our air conditioning has improved I think significantly since they serviced it. They were timely, professional, and knew what they were doing. They were pretty upfront and honest with what they found, and our air conditioning actually has never been this good.

We have an old A/C unit, and wanted to make sure everything was running as smoothly as possible before the full summer heat arrives. Aire Serv did confirm that it was a very old unit, with old parts, but everything was humming along as good as could be expected. Considering the age of the unit and it's high power-draw, they did recommend saving up for a complete replacement, with a good warranty, since that would ensure both reliability and a reduction in our summer utility bill.

After having an AC tune up done back in April we determined to have a Comfort Specialist come and give me an estimate for replacement of the entire system since it was 16 years old. Andy was polite, courteous and no pressure sale. He gave me estimates for two different options. We chose to install the more expensive unit estimate and scheduled an installation date. Pete and Eddie the installers arrived on time after calling me 30 minutes early that they were on schedule and would be there on time. They unloaded all of the equipment to be installed and placed in position for installation after putting down canvas covers over the carpet and stairs so they would not damage or stain it and wore shoe covers to prevent tracking any mud into the house. Total time for installation and reviewing what was done was 5 hours. They were courteous and explained pretty much everything that they installed verses what was contracted to install.

It went well, the unit is working very well. I did not realize tho that we would have to buy a new heater as well with this deal. that was an addition several thousand dollars.

It was fine and overall they did a decent job. They got the job done in about 1 hour. The technician did a good job of explaining things. The scheduling was really good.

It went very well and the technician recommend that we replace a part now before it breaks. It was inexpensive and nice for him to let us know.

Technicians were on time and did professional job to try to get the unit to perform at capailty. There was a need a week later to correct air flow problem.

ttAll service performed. I feel comfortable that the ACs will be able to make it through another Texas summer!

Did a thorough inspection of the air conditioner and it's components. Also, changed the filter since it was almost time to. Very informative as to how to extend the life of my unit as I tend to run it cooler than most . George did a great job!

The service was okay, it was fine, the prices on the new system seemed high to me, and they were slightly pushy about the best thing to do would be to get a new system now. The check of the system was fine.
