About us

We sell, install and service security systems, security cameras, intercom/video intercom systems, medical alert systems and more. We offer extremely low monitoring rates for our security systems, can monitor them with or without a phone line and WE DO NOT REQUIRE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT. We also do residential and commercial prewires and repair service on monitored and non-monitored security systems. The vast majority of our services are done by in-house employment. WE are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau and our license # is B14455. We custom fit our services to meet each of our customer's needs. Our pricing is dependent on the services and equipment needed to complete each job. In most cases, we can give a general quote over the phone with a detailed quote being rendered after an on-site inspection has been completed. Our standard monitoring fee for security systems is $24.95 per month for cellular monitoring which does not require a phone line. WE DO NOT REQUIRE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT for our monitored customers.

We regret that we were not able to meet up to this customer's expectations. We were asked to provide a quote for a VERY HIGH-END, COMMERCIAL GRADE IP SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM that is typically installed on a commercial or industrial building, but the customer requested that we provide a quote for installation of this system on their home. We explained, in advance, that this would be a very costly system and the customer insisted that price was not a hindering factor in his decision. After an initial proposal was rendered, the customer was very displeased with the price quoted and decided to rate our company poorly based on his assesment of our price structure. We were told by the customer that he had received several other quotes from other companies for RESIDENTIAL GRADE camera systems and that compared to them we were over priced. We provided an on-site evaluation, consultation and proposal for this customer free of charge and no actual work, of any kind, was performed on his property.
