I cannot recommend Atchision Plumbing highly enough. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. BJ is professional, honest, more than fair, and very committed to doing the best job ever. We will definitely call them again.

They were awesome ! Came out the same day I called. Installed new plumbing for my bathtub so it could be ready to be tiled the next day. Cleaned up after they were done. Will use them in the furture for any plumbing needs and will recommend to friends!! Thanks Guys you were great!!!

Mr. Atchison came out on a Saturday morning to install a tankless water heater in less than 24 hours of our initial call. They did a quick and professional job. We will call him in the future.

Customer service is exceptional. Within five minutes of my email, I received a phone call letting me know they would be out that same day. Mr. Atchison was on another job approximately one hour from my home and arrived within two hours of my email. My water heater was repaired that same morning. He was professional and efficient.

They did great!

he originally was coming to give us an estimate for later in the day but had to call him in first thing in the morning bc our problem became an emergency. he came as soon as he was able and help us shut the water line and replace the broken shower fixture in the wall. bj was very friendly and explained everything easily.

great work

I had lightning hit my house and did damage to plumbing system all over the house. The Fire Department turned the water off to house until we could get repairs made. This was on a Thursday. Called Atchison on Friday about noon and he was at my house Saturday morning, early. Repaired the lightning damaged plumbing he found above the ground, turned water on and then found a leak beneath the slab. The had to tunnel under the house approx. 10' to find and repair the last leak in the plumbing. That was done on Monday morning. BJ drove up to Bonham @ 8pm on Monday night to fix the leak, so we would have water Monday night instead of having to wait another day. Yes, I would certainly recommend these folks! Yes, I will use them again for any of my plumbing needs. Yes, they are reasonable, responsible and care about their customers. BJ and crew are examples of true customer service and should be the standard by which all plumbing companies are judged. They have set the bar high! Thanks BJ! We appreciate all you did for us.

Great work at a fair price.

They called me within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. They made the appointment that afternoon. He fixed our problems and thoroughly cleaned the tub, and he hadn't made the mess it was from the backup. Very polite and he explained the problem well. I will call this company again.

They were very honest in their assessment of my problem and actually recommended I contact a sprinkler service in order to save money.
