Great work at a good price.

Has been working hard to get the house ready for a few years now and have been in the house ? no pricey but I don't want to get a new one for me to get the house ready for you guys to come back to work on the U.S.

I had a broken piece of Hardie board and missing Hardie boards under my roof. They came out on time, the worksmanship was exceptional, and the entire area was painted. I really like their focus to detail and honesty for the work. The cost was affordable and they don't overcharge like other quotes I received. They have a future client and I highly recommend using them.

Cole Stamper sent out a couple of his guys on a Sunday to fix a water leak at a very hard to access "valley" on my roof. Instead of merely patching the leak source, they spent 3 hours and virtually rebuilt a section of the roofing using new decking, ice & water barrier, 2-3 packages of shingles, and new aluminum flashing. I initially thought the quoted price was high, but after watching what these guys did, and considering it was a Sunday, I think I got my money's worth! Another company had quoted me half as much just to come out on a Sunday and install a temporary fix, which probably meant installing a plastic tarp.

This crew is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Great follow through and courteous interactions. I had a recurring leak that was difficult to pinpoint on my clay-tile roof (with blown insulation attic) and had spent considerable money on other contractors who had failed to locate the source of the problem. Cole and his brother and workers were diligent in their efforts to find and repair the leaks in two different areas. Their initial repair was successful in one area but the more challenging spot leaked again but they were immediate in their response time and got me dried in before additional damage could occur to the interior of the building. I highly recommend Stamper Roofing and Construction and will call on them again should the opportunity arise to need their services. Great value for the scope of work performed!
