I greatly appreciated that they on the same day that I called. They replaced my old water heater with a new one. The job was completed quickly and professionally. The only thing I would suggest is they should have done is a follow up call to see if everything they was ok and not simply assume that it is. The final price was a bit high, but I needed the job done.

The drain to my washer was clogged and water was everywhere. I called Mr. Rooter and they installed a 4 inch extender because supposedly it was too short. I was charged $399 for the extender which was clamped to the existing pipe. The problem was still not fixed, so they returned and removed the 4inch extender and replaced it with a longer extender which came up really close to my electrical outlet. The drain was still clogged, so I requested for a master plumber to come out. The drain was not clogged behind the washer, it was clogged on my roof top. So after 3 weeks of having water all over the floor, my cabinets getting wet, and not being able to wash the master plumber finally cleared it, and was told that I wouldn't be charged. The charge went through, so I called to get my money back for the extender which was removed. I then got an email saying that the $399 was for the clearing of the roof top clog. The manager tried speaking over me, and claimed that the money had to be justif

I got ripped off. The repair of a water leak cost almost $1000 and in checking with another plumber it should have been less than $400

they were very professional and explanatory about details of the situation.

CJ the tech was very respectful and courteous and discuss his plan of dealing with the issue. He was open to suggestions. He explained how the procedure was going to be done and how it would work. . Service tech showed up unexpectedly two hours in advance. This in itself was good as I preferred fast response to the replacement of my garbage disposal. To the techs credit he was courteous and respectful. I decided to have the disposal replaced thought the tech stated he did not really find any leaks, just some rust around the back area. I provided the new garbage disposal which was still in its unopened package. What I find troubling is that the tech quoted a price of almost 400 dollars to install the new disposal. I find this price rather excessive since I was also furnishing the new disposal. The tech stated he took over a hundred dollars since my area was not dirty, etc. However, I was finally able to get an estimate from Angies List which quoted a price of around 250.00. In addition, the tech is supposed to bring his own equipment such as (a two prog adapter, etc.) to complete the job. He had to make two trips to Lowes for additional parts to complete the job.
