In addition on the back side of things we have a huge office located at 5559 EL Paso Dr. where you can stop by to say HI! Here in our office is where all the organizing our projects occur. We will go out and do your estimate, after it is approved we have a pre-construction meeting with our team to discuss thoroughly what will be done and how. Our team includes the sales person, the manager of the project, the installers and the superintendent responsible for gathering all materials and tools and staging them in our warehouse. If I could, I wouldn’t give them even one star. A terrible experience. The staff is extremely arrogant, and the customer service is seriously lacking. If you're looking for bad service, this is the perfect company. They take no responsibility for poorly done work, even though the contractors are part of their network. In the end, they just stole my money. I do not recommend them at all. Si pudiera, no les daría ni una estrella. Una experiencia terrible. El personal es sumamente prepotente y el servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear. Si lo que buscan es un mal servicio, esta es la compañía ideal. No se hacen responsables por los trabajos mal hechos, aun cuando los contratistas son parte de su red. Solo terminaron robándome el dinero. No los recomiendo en absoluto.

Dear [Member Name Removed], We are truly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts surrounding your project. To begin with, your project was not directly contracted with Leed Home and Business Solutions. The work was managed by HB Builders, owned by Edgar—your friend and a former associate of ours—who subcontracted us solely for the tile installation portion. This critical detail appears to have been omitted in your complaint, despite the fact that the tile work was completed to a high standard and met your initial satisfaction. The turf and cement work, which are the focus of your concerns, were entirely managed and executed by your friend at HB Builders. All communications, agreements, and payments related to those scopes were between you and Edgar, not with Leed or its representatives. When Edgar invited us to handle the tile portion, we agreed. Our team completed the work professionally and on time. I (Jose Gutierrez) personally visited your property shortly after the project was completed, and both you and your guests expressed full satisfaction with the results. You even acknowledged that the tile work “looked great,” and Edgar received full payment—subsequently compensating us for our portion. In accordance with our policies, we do not accept final payment until we are confident that our client is completely satisfied, which was the purpose of my visit to your home. Months later, we were surprised to hear of your dissatisfaction—particularly regarding aspects outside our scope. Still, we made several good-faith efforts to help resolve the issue: • We contacted Edgar in an attempt to mediate. • We returned to your property to evaluate your concerns. • We offered solutions to address the turf issues, including patching, trimming with rock, or reinstalling the affected areas—even though we were not responsible for that work. • Unfortunately, each of our proposed solutions was declined. • We clarified that the financial arrangements and responsibilities for the turf and cement were solely between you and Edgar. When you expressed an interest in pursuing legal action against Edgar, we respected your decision. However, it’s important to state that Leed neither managed nor retained any of the funds in question and did not enter into a direct agreement with you. Nevertheless, we continued to extend support in good faith—including repeated efforts to recover a $1,000 tool that remains in your possession as of our last communication. We understand your disappointment and genuinely regret that Edgar—whom we have since ceased doing business with—did not fulfill the level of service you expected. Still, we firmly stand by our actions as ethical, professional, and proactive, despite not being contractually obligated to intervene. Lastly, regarding your comment about perceived arrogance: our intention was never to be disrespectful. Our communications were intended to be clear and direct, not dismissive. We only sought to explain our position and the limits of our involvement. We sincerely wish you the best in resolving this matter with the appropriate party. They were honest throughout the whole experience, had our unit working the same day we contacted them, and all for a reasonable price.
