They did give a courtesy call stating they would be at my home in 30 minutes. They were 45 minutes late. During the investigation he stated freon was low. I had it filled 4 days before with no leaks found. I also had another company come after and they said freon level was fine. Meaning he lied. Then he spent a total of 5 minutes looking at the indoor unit. Stated the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced. This would cost me over $1,300 after the insurance picks up $2,000. He was rude and certain this was the problem with very little investigation. As mentioned, I had another company take a look after and they were very kind, clean, and took around 45 minutes to check all components before suggesting a corrective action. I would not recommend Falls AC.

They are excellent. They are professional and honest. We have never had any problems with their work and we would highly recommend them.
