Very good communication and punctuality. The in-person estimate was thorough and low pressure. I was even undersold and told not to worry about two other trees for another year or two. I got the impression that they value gaining long term business more than maximizing short term profit. As long as the customer service stays the same, I will rehire in the future. Great work!

Jay contacted me and made appt for quote. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. Some things I wanted done were out of my budget, but he gave me reasonable price to prune a huge tree in my front yard and trim some unruly hedges. I love what his crew did for my yard. My beloved tree beautifies my yard and the hedges are awesome. The price was very reasonable. One more thing, I warned the crew about a new Dove's nest in the tree, they let me know they "always work around nature". The Doves and their babies are safe and so are several other nests that I couldn't see before the pruning. Jay and his team are awesome!!!

They did a great job. Excellent!! I plan to hire them again. They trimmed my tree and cleaned up after. You couldn’t tell that the tree had been cut other that the tree looked in great shape after. In customer service they were the Best!!! I would definitely recommend them.

These guys were terrific. I wish I had a before/after shot of the transformation. They had two projects: First, they were to trim a 30-year-old oak tree to meet city code. The tree has never looked so good. Second, they had a massive job to cut back some overgrowth in my backyard. I asked them to ensure I do not have to have them back next year but also not just completely gut it. I can see parts of my fence that I haven't seen in years! Lastly, I will say that all the guys were very customer service oriented and respectful throughout all conversations. Not only will I use these guys again I will send any and all recommendations their way.

The guys at Veterans Cut Above did a great job safely removing a large tree for us. They are very personable, hard working and did a great job cleaning up after.
