Description of Work: These people showed up on time, very professional, took extra time to insure A/C repair (replaced leaking 6 yr. old indoor coils under warrantee) worked. Still working. Although they didn't install it I won't use anybody else. I've used them for plumbing in the past with the same totally positive result.

They did a great job.
Description of Work: UMP removed two conventional water heaters with one tankless/on-demand water heater. This job was complicated by the fact that the original conventional units were in the attic and one would not fully drain. Nevertheless, they did a great job and were very clean. I have also used them to address other plumbing issues and found them to be very courteous and fair in their pricing.

STEVE, THE PLUMBER, ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, WAS POLITE AND KEPT THE JOB-SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. HE DID NOT STOP WORKING UNTIL THE WHOLE JOB WAS FINISHED. THIS PLUMBER WAS SURE TO GET ME A FAIR PRICE ON THE JOB. HIGHLY REPUTABLE, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY REPAIRED TWO SEPARATE WATER LEAKS I HAD. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WERE AT MY HOUSE FROM 8AM - 7PM. THEY WERE EXTREMELY FAIR ON THE PRICE AND AFTER THEY WERE HERE SO LONG, THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED ME A QUOTED PRICE RATHER THAN BILL BY THE HOUR, WHICH WAS CHEAPER.
