Very impressed with this company and Frank, the technician that came to my house. The family owned company I had been using was bought out by a large corp and I felt like their performance wasn't up to my standard, and I had a gut feeling about information I was given after two different technicians who had come to perform maintenance and follow up with issue I had noticed. They gave me estimate for new HVAC System. So I wanted to get a couple more estimates and opinions about my current system. I had been thinking about looking for another company for a while. I am so glad I called Texas Air zone, they were first on my list of companies I had researched. No need to call any of the other companies. I feel like I have found an honest company and Frank the technician took the time needed to look at my current system and my concerns. My gut feeling was right. I have an older system and thought It needed to be replaced now. Frank looked things over and I became very educated about my system and what I may need in future. I feel so reassured and at ease now. Brenda who answered the phone was so nice and courteous, my call was answered immediately, so my first impression when calling the company was very good. Frank found that I was a little low on freon so he added what was needed, and we decided my unit does not need to be replaced right now. I realize it being older anything could go wrong at any time, but I feel more confident about the condition it is at this moment. It is working and cooling and in the near future when I do need to replace it, I feel Texas Air Zone will be a very good company to do the job and will do me right and fair.

Texas Air Zone is a phenomenal company with a phenomenal leader, Chris. I have been using them for 8 years. I have referred over 20 friends to them and everyone has had a stellar experience over the years. I had a recent issue and was not satisfied with the service I got. I called them up to let them know on a Saturday late evening. Chris the owner promptly returned my call on Sunday morning and assured me he would take care of things. And he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care off. Thank you so much Chris and wish your team the best in your expansion efforts to other parts of Texas.

I used Texas Air Zone through one of their plans for my townhome for a year. Service was okay but the prices were insanity. I had somebody come over who said I had a leak and quoted me more than $2,600 to fix it, which was about the cost of replacing that particular unit. I shopped the quote with a number of other repair people who said they could do it for no more than about $1,400. So while they are courteous and competent, if you want to avoid getting ripped off, I'd use somebody else. They also put no notes on the cause of the leak and seemed mad when I asked for notes about it at a later date, and said, "If you had used us to repair it we'd have those notes". So the level of service you get also seems to be aimed at whether you're okay paying almost double for the repair through them.

They were very polite, timely and good in follow up. They fairly explained what needs to be done.

Texas Air Zone was prompt, courteous, and seemed to know what they were doing. They asked about our preferences, inspected the old units, electrical system, etc. They followed up with a written proposal with several options the next day. We would not have gone wrong, but we went with a different good choice.

We had three companies quote a full replacement of our HVAC system, including all new flex ducting, returns and grills. Isaac from Texas Air Zone came on site and spent a significant amount of time doing an analysis of our current system and first determined the heat load requirements of the home. A few days later he delivered multiple options and each of the proposed options were incredibly detailed and the proposals were very specific regarding the scope of work. Texas Air Zone was not the low bidder, but I felt that pricing was reasonable. The installation crew was outstanding and was led by Armando. They spent a good amount of time thinking through how the system would be installed in the attic. I was pretty stunned by the finished product, how neat and clean the install was, how easy the system will be to service and how much additional space was freed up for storage. Note that prior to the installation, I had a single system in my attic and we replaced it a split system (a 4-ton and a 3-ton) - and we still had tons of room freed up in the attic. The quality of the installation with Texas Air Zone was a pretty big departure from the company that had installed the previous system. The company that installed the previous system didn't install it to the correct specifications, and on top of that it simply looked sloppy. I can't say enough positive things about the Texas Air Zone install crew. A final note - each time something minor came up such as needing a slightly larger return vent, or adding a new supply location, they just did what needed to be done and did not add anything additional to the price we had agreed upon. They completely exceeded our expectations.

Called on a Sunday morning, 7 a.m., received a return call at 7:15. They were at our house by 8:15. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired by 9:15. Really happy with this company

Called 24/7 call routing number. Response in less than 10 minutes. Serviceman called again after completing his current assignment. Arrived within 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed and replaced defective capacitor. Cost below included after hours service fee.

Bret came out on time and checked out the furnace (1 of 2) that was not working. I had already checked the thermostat and put in new batteries, and checked the circuit breaker. Bret found out that the circuit board was burnt and was not grounded. Luckily the small fire did not spread. Bret got a replacement board the same day a couple hours later and put it all together (including making sure it was grounded). He was helpful in answering my questions about maintaining the furnace and steps to take once it gets warmer to make sure the AC is in good condition. I think I'll be using them again. Their receptionist answering phones is the nicest lady also.

We have used this company ever since they installed a new A/C and heating unit 3 years ago, and since then have always been totally impressed. We would never use anyone else for so many reasons.

The technician who came out was knowledgeable and thorough. He gave a couple recommendations that could potentially increase the effectiveness of the system without requiring replacing any parts, or the entire system. One of these I could do myself (cut more and larger holes in the wall to the cabinet for intake to the system), and would cost basically nothing. He also provided a rough estimate of how much it would cost to replace the electric heat system with a heat pump, and how much money it would save over electric heat in the winter.

Isaac came out right away and was very helpful. He was professional and timely. I will be calling Isaac again when I need service or maintenance.

Isaac Zadoka arrived on schedule and performed a thorough inspection of both units. He explained the steps he was taking and the rationale, made several recommendations for "non-essential" repairs that would lengthen the life span of the units and answered my questions in a professional manner. I appreciated his honesty is assessing my system and feel confident recommending the company to others.

Outstanding. Isaac was on time, very professional and very informative. Despite finding the units to be functioning properly he re-tightened various wiring and made recommendations regarding the proper air filter MERV rating for our units, and informed me of the status of component wear of our two HVAC systems. As I result we initiated an annual maintenance agreement for both units. Isaac reminded me of the favorable reputation of the owner and his interest in being associated with such a company. This is comforting in an industry where employees are encouraged to sell unnecessary parts and services. The firm's pricing isn't the lowest but I suspect will be more cost effective for us in the long run.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this negative review because I thought that Texas Air Zone was very responsive and professional in my interactions with them. However, I have not been happy with the quality and value that I got from the services I received over the last year or so. I initially was introduced to them via a Angie's List coupon for bi-annual inspections on AC and Heating. They came out the first time and found that my R22 system was low on coolant and needed a fill. They did a leak check and didn't find anything. Ended up paying for 10 pounds of the stuff and was told it should last for a few years, but I should consider a new system in the future. They came out in the fall to do an inspection and found nothing wrong. Then came this spring when AC came back on and noticed it wasn't performing like it should. Had AirZone come out and they said I'm out of R22 again. Apparently a leak they didn't find the last two times they came out. So either another $1000+ to refill, find a leak, or replace. I got estimates for a new system from AirZone plus 2 other providers on Angie's list and AirZone was the most expensive out of all 3 (by about 40% more expensive vs the provider I went with). Also no credit for previous work or rebates from manufacturer or Oncor (even though another provider quoted with them). Eventually I went with another provider and have been happy with the service and system I got from them (I got a whole new system and paid about $11K). Again high marks to AirZone for professionalism, but low marks on quality and value.

Excellent. Texas AirZone is the best company I have used for this type of service. I believe this is the 3rd time I have called them for servicing both heating and a/c. For the a/c check-up they remove the covers on the outside units and thoroughly clean from leaves/dirt/debris that might be inside the covers and then hose down the outside of the condenser units. They also performed a performance check of the electrical and controls, motor bearings and seals, the refrigerant charge and temperature differential. The service techs (Greg LaCrone & Jeff) arrived 30 minutes early, which was fine for us. They were here for about an hour; both knowledgeable and courteous professionals. The cost may be higher than others but I have the confidence in knowing that the work was completed as indicated on the service invoice. You will not be disappointed when you call Texas AirZone.
