Juan and his team did an amazing job. They installed hardwood floors in my master and layered them into our pre-existing hardwood floors. Not only did they do an amazing job on the brand new floors, but blended it perfectly. They also refinished the existing floors and even fixed spots with prior water damage. They were quick, professional and my floors look amazing! So thankful to Juan and his team.

Juan responded immediately, worked with my crazy schedule and his team was fantastic! Removed old floor to patch into a spot that needed repair and laid new floor in other areas. Incredible efficient, friendly and thorough in explaining needs and asking for clarification where I needed to make decisions as to style, etc. Will definitely hire again.

Juan did a great job on the repair. We had a single board in our oak hard wood floors that had what looked like a bit of rot that turned into a hole. Juan was able to quickly fill it and match the stain so that it is unnoticeable unless you know exactly where to look (which only my husband and I do). His price was fair, he was responsive, showed up on time and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend ProMasters to a friend.

I have a very expensive custom-made mahogany and walnut floor at my house and another company refuse to touch it because they were afraid it would be a replaceable.

After a quick inquiry on Home Advisors, I was referred to Promaster Floors. Juan promptly called me the same day. I explained what I wanted done (to replace 4-6 planks of engineered hardwood flooring that had been damaged. He asked me to send him a couple of photos. Within a couple of hours of sending the photos, he called me back and gave me a price and said he could probably do it the next day in the afternoon. The next day, he called me around noon and told me that his crew was taking a little longer on a job they were finishing up and that they would be at my place the next morning. Two guys showed up right on time the next morning and went right to work. The protected the surrounding area and went right to work. I observed what they did to remove the existing damaged planks - there were definitely some tricks to make sure they didn't damage any of the surround planks. Juan called me about an hour into the job just to make sure everything was going OK. They installed the new planks and the floor looks as good as new. They cleaned up everything well. It took them a total of about 3 hours to complete the job. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I wish I could add pictures to show how these guys transformed my floors. The floors in my house were absolutely destroyed from 60 years of abuse and they have finally been restored to their former glory thanks to promaster floors. They stayed on schedule and kept all promises made. Answered all the questions I had and respected my home while working in it. The cost was very reasonable and Juan will work with your budget. Definitely will be recommending these guys/using these guys for any future flooring projects that come my way!

They repaired our floors after walls were removed and installed oak herringbone floors in the kitchen. It turned out great and they were very receptive to any concerns brought up throughout the process. We are really happy with our new floors. We shopped around before booking them and they had the best plan that was also cost conscious and we appreciated that.
