The inspection went very well. I originally call Omega because of noises I was hearing in my attic over the living area. I explained to Josh where the noises were and he went into the attic to check. After the inspection of the attic and the perimeter of the house he stated that my home was pretty well sealed and there were no entry points from where he could tell. In the attic he discovered an enormous amount of droppings, but they were not from rats. They were from geicos. He said in certain areas there so much. There was no damage (thank God). I already had sticky pads that I place in my garage, and he offered to place the remaining ones I had in the attic for me. He stated that if I hear anything else to give him a call back. Thanks Omega. Will do!

We slept through the night, without attic antics the first night. The young man was clean-cut and quickly did the trapping and repair. I would very much recommend this business for rodent removal.

The provider arranged a time to come to my home and give me an estimate on what it would cost to rid my home of rodents in the attic and crawl space of my home. The provider arrived on time and introduced himself, he was extremely professional. He did go into the attic to identify what was causing the noises we were experiencing. He shared that the cause of the noises in the attic and crawl spaces were rodents (rats). He set up a time for his associate to come out and perform the work. (The work agreed upon was to check entry points, seal areas of entry, then to come back out and close the exit point he created). The providers associate came out at the appointed time but only checked the outside of my home (sealing off possible entry points) and the attic. He refused to check the garage or the crawl space. He explained that the rodents would exit and not be able to regain entry into the attic and to give it a few days and the noises should stop. I gave it a few days and the noises seemed to stop. A couple of days later I began to hear the same noises again, I called the provider and the associate told me I was not hearing noises in my attic, I was hearing noises on the roof where they were trying to regain entry but he agreed to come out and place traps in the attic. He placed traps in the attic and agreed to come back to check them, he came back out and told me he found nothing yet I was still hearing the same noises, now in the crawl space and the attic. I paid the provider approximately $700 and I have yet to hear from anyone, the traps are still in my attic and the exit point is just as he left it.

We contacted Omega to get a quote for rodent exclusion. They immediately arranged for their staff to do a free inspection and quote. They were very flexible in terms of timing of inspection and showed up on time. The quote was very thorough and competitive. Once we decided to move forward, Omega team quickly scheduled the work as requested during the weekend and completed it on time. We were satisfied with the experience and would recommend their services.

If you're having problems with rats or other animals invading your home or attic, don't even bother calling anyone else. Just get Omega on the phone and it will be handled. You may think that because you aren't hearing noise anymore, the issue is gone. Not the case. The animals will return unless you find someone who can properly seal all entry points, and remove the scents the pests leave behind which cue other animals to use that location for nesting. This is not as simple as it sounds. We had numerous people out over the years to try to help; one of them couldn't find ANY entry points! All they wanted to do was set traps or put out poison. So maybe you kill those rodents, but others merely take their place. Omega Animal Removal gave us a permanent solution, and as it so happened, we didn't even have to kill anything. Once the place where the rats chewed back in was sealed with metal, and a one-way exit installed, anything that was left cleared out and couldn't return. Because our issue had unfortunately gone on for some time, we had to have a complete attic restoration. It took a 3-man crew a full day to remove all the old insulation, roofing scraps, etc. The price for this type of service is considerable, but when you see how much labor is required, you almost wonder that it isn't more. Not to mention having to do this kind of work in the Texas heat. Once the attic is cleared, they will spray 4 times over a period of days with a chemical that kills bacteria and reduces odor. Our technician, Josh, even sprayed under the house at no extra charge. One of the best things about Omega is that they assign you a tech, and that person is the one you see every time. It's not some salesman who just sells the job and then disappears. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and they were very patient and responsive. Often, they called back within an hour or two. The person who handles the insulating portion of the job was equally responsive and knowledgable. He gave us factual information but was never hard-sell. No one tried to scare us into buying with stories of rat-borne disease; that's not needed anyway. We have rat poop and pee, we're already grossed out, believe me! During the sealing phase of the project, the insulators discovered so many air gaps in our old 20s home that they suggested foaming the attic floor, rather than just sealing it with a plastic vapor barrier. Though it was $1000 extra, we opted for this and I believe it was a good decision. Finally, fiberglass insulation was blown in, mostly to a depth of 18". The house feels a bit cooler now, especially on the south end, and the a/c does not run as much. I say "a bit cooler" because our vaulted ceiling on the north is such that most of it can't be insulated at all; that limits what regular insulation can do in our situation. We are relieved to have this issue solved, and will be having Omega back on a periodic basis to make sure nothing else is trying to chew its way in.

They were very professional and they were timely and did everything that they were supposed to do. They were very punctual and I would recommend them.

Josh was very friendly on the phone. He indicated that Matt would arrive in 25 minutes and call before coming. Matt was punctual and polite. Very polite. I mentioned the discounts and the review. It was all very smooth I would consider them for any service going forward. They were the cheapest company when you throw in the discounts. The range of the competition (before discounts) was between $140 - $240. I am loathe to pay this much when there is probably a strong bee killer available for $25. However, I understand the need to keep the bee population strong. Also, I eliminate my risk of being stung which does set you up at a mild risk for an allergic reaction. Certainlyi) , these are the folks to call if you have bees. I usually pay by credit card for established companies so that I can hold them accountable for services. With Angie's list companies, it has never been a problem. A quick word of caution - I) Don't go into the sprayed area for at least half a day - preferably 1 day ii) If you have a large property, there is a small chance that they might go to those trees. ... Now I know why they say keep the flowering plants away from your front door.

Josh came out to our house when we were having some pretty intense noises coming from the attic. After an extremely thorough inspection he determined we had squirrels living in there. After this, he went above and beyond what I expected in explaining to me how the process of removal would work, what I can expect to happen and what the time schedule would look like. In a world where too many businesses push out clients like an assembly line, I was relieved to know there are still honest, patient and client driven businesses out there. I was very satisfied with their services and I would recommend them to anyone needing animal removal. Great job guys! No more noises in this attic!

Josh came out at the time specified and did a fantastic job! We used a different company about a year ago and it was not nearly as smooth and professional as our experience with Omega. Customer for life (but hopefully wont need them too often) :-)

Their 2 year warranty was twice as long as those offered by their competitors. If you need critter removal of any kind, I would highly recommend Omega.

Mtt came out and was very thorough in evaluating the areas that squirrels were entering my attic. He fixed all possible entry points and placed a one way cage on the main entry point so any squirrels could get out but not back in.after a week he came back out, removed the one way cage and covered the main entry point.I have not had any problems since this was done
