We have always been very pleased with their service. They have a service where we subscribe for $120, and they come and check our air conditioning and heating twice a year. Their regular visits are free unless there is something extraordinary that they need to do. Because we are part of their service plan, we kind of get a priority service if we have some kind of plumbing emergency or a heating and air conditioning emergency. They got to us right away and fixed our problems when the compressor failed in the summertime and when our drain overflowed. They are always very courteous, and the people that they send out seem to be very capable, knowledgeable, and good at fixing anything that needs fixing.

They have very good reputation and I have been using them for a very long time. They do very good work for me and their price is also very reasonable.

It was a good experience. They were responsive, professional, on time. They could not make it the first time and they called me ahead of time to cancel so that I would not waste my whole day waiting on them.

Plumber arrived on time had booties to wear as strode across carpet. We had purchased fixtures. Plumber had to run out to get extension piece for under sink due to age of our fixtures. He quickly made up errand time and got to work. Entire job took about 3-4 hours, no debris.

Work was fine. Took one hour: 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM. Plumber:$147.00 Material:$127.40 plus tax= $285.00

I had the main sewer line from my house clog to the point of backing up through the clean-out cover into our back yard with family over for Easter. I phoned Levy, and to my surprise they sent someone out within an hour and a half. The service guy was polite, and did not gripe at all over the fact that it was Easter Sunday. The work only took him about 30 minutes. I was charged for overtime of course, but it was in line with what I was charged 2 years ago for the same work ($150 vs $211).

They always do an excellent job, but they are expensive.

There service has gotten worse and worse over time.

WHEN WE PULLED THE STAIR DOWN TO GO TO THE ATTIC, MY STAIR DECIDED TO BREAK AND HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO FIX IT AT NO CHARGE. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY ARE GREAT.

They are a very well known old Dallas company. I have been using them for years and I got a pretty good deal the last time I used them because I had a coupon, which gave me a discount. I am not sure what their hourly charge, but I would highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but great service from them since I have been using them. Everything that they just did for me works great and I am real happy. I like the fact they do plumbing also and they found there was nothing wrong with my air unit and showed me how to clean the filter to keep it in good condition. They also came right in the time frame that they said they would and it was on the early part of the day it so I didn't have to wait all day for them. They called ahead of time to remind me of my appointment and let me know they were going to be here on schedule.

I have used them for a long time. They also handle the maintenance on my heating and cooling system. They do extras like follow up with you in a few days to see if you are happy. I believe they charge $75 to come out and something like $75 an hour. It's not cheap but they are reliable and do good work every time.

Prompt professional on time and very courteous called us ahead of time to let us know that they were coming.

WE HAD OUR HOME INSPECTED WHEN WE BOUGHT IT 2.5 YEARS AGO. THE INSPECTOR SAID THERE WAS A CRACK IN THE FURNACE SO WE HIRED LEVY & SONS TO COME FIX IT, BUT AFTER LOOKING AT IT THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. THEY HAVE BEEN COMING BACK TO DO REGULAR MAINTENANCE SINCE THEN. WE ARE NOW SELLING OUR HOUSE AND HAD IT INSPECTED AGAIN AND APPARENTLY THERE IS A CRACK IN THE EXACT SAME SPOT. I THINK IT IS VERY SUSPECT THAT THE CRACK IS IN THE SAME SPOT AS THE LAST ONE AND I THINK THAT THE CRACK WAS JUST NEVER FIXED. WHEN I TALKED TO LEVY & SONS ABOUT THIS, THEY TOLD ME THEY NEVER MAKE MISTAKES AND I EVEN WATCHED THEM DO A FLAME TEST TO CHECK FOR CRACKS. DURING THE FLAME TEST, THE WORKER'S LIGHTER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO I HAD TO LET HIM USE MINE. I THINK THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD LIKE THEM TO SPLIT THE COST OF REPLACING MY FURNACE SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN SO NEGLIGENT IN THEIR MAINTENANCE OF THE UNIT.

This sacred cow of Dallas plumbing was very prompt in meeting me for an estimate. That was the end of the positives. The first thing the SALESMAN (and I mean to conjure up the image your seeing) said when he walked in the house was ''I can tell you right now I smell gas leaking''. He went on to tell me all the things that would have to be specially treated and where additional costs would come in and how this was only an ''estimate'' and that other things found could cause the job to be ''considerably'' more expensive. I decided to get a second opinion. Bottom line; same job accomplished for $3500 less and upon City of Dallas code inspection....no gas leak. Really.

THEY SAID THE A/C WAS FINE, IT WAS FREEZING UP FROM OVER USE. THIS WAS IN THE SPRING, BEFORE IT WAS EVEN HOT. NOW IT'S THE MIDDLE OF JUNE, 2AM, AND THE A/C DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. I CALLED THEIR 24 HR SERVICE AND THE TECHNICIAN LAUGHED AT ME FOR WAITING UNTIL 1AM TO CALL. I ASKED IF HE WAS SERIOUS AND I POINTED OUT THAT IF THEY HAD FIXED THE PROBLEM WHEN THEY WERE HERE THE FIRST TIME I WOULDN'T BE CALLING AT 1AM IN THE MORNING. HE SAID HE WAS NOT KIDDING AND CONTINUED TO LAUGH BECAUSE HE THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY THAT I'M UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DEALING WITH THIS PROBLEM.

ON TIME, LEFT TOP OFF WATER METER AT CURB & HAD TO RETURN. HAD TO RETURN TO OFFICE FOR PARTS. NOTE: WORK WAS DONE AT MY RENTAL HOUSE, NOT MY RESIDENCE.

NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS VISIT ON SEVERAL COUNTS. FIRST, WE HAVE USED LEVY & SONS FOR MANY YEARS BASED ON THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. SECOND, WE HAVE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH LEVY AND FEEL THAT THE POTENTIAL FOR A LEAK SHOULD HAVE BEEN EASY TO SPOT AND REPAIR - THEREBY PREVENTING A LEAK. THIRD, LEVY INSTALLED A NEW TRANE CONDENSER AND A NEW COIL WITHIN THE PAST 2 YEARS AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON TOP OF ANY STRUCTURAL ISSUES. FOURTH, LEVY DISPARAGED THE COMPANY THAT WERE WERE HIRING TO PUT IN A NEW FURNACE AND INDICATED THAT THE INSTALLING COMPANY SHOULD THROW IN A REPAIR OF THE CONDENSATE DRAINS AS PART OF THE FURNACE INSTALLATION - EVEN THOUGH LEVY HAD NOT VOLUNTEERED TO FIX THAT PROBLEM (OR EVEN DETECTED IT). LASTLY, LEVY CAUSED THE LEAK THEMSELVES. THEY HAD COME FOR THE SEMI-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND CRANKED DOWN THE A/C TO TEST THE UNIT AND THEN LEFT WITHOUT RETURNING THE SETTINGS TO NORMAL. THIS CAUSED THE LEAK.

THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THIS JOB. IN HAD USED THEM PREVIOUSLY AND HAD NO PROBLEMS.

I EXPLAINED TO THE COMPANY THAT I WAS ON A TIGHT SCHEDULE AND ASKED THAT THE PLUMBER SHOW UP ON TIME. I EMPHATICALLY TOLD THE COMPANY THAT THE WORKMEN NEEDED TO BE ON TIME BECAUSE I HAD PRE-EXISTING APPOINTMENTS. I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD BE PUNCTUAL. THE WORKMEN WERE 30 MINUTES LATE. I CANCELED THE PLANNED WORK AS I HAVE FOUND THAT IF A WORKMAN CAN'T EVEN SHOW UP ON TIME, THEN THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THAT HE WON'T DO A GOOD JOB WITH THE REST OF THE WORK.

WE WILL ALWAYS CALL THIS COMPANY FIRST WITH ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS.

THEY WERE PROMPT, THOROUGH AND NEAT.

SERVICE TECH CALLED TO SAY HE WAS COMING EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED THE DAY HE CAME OUT. THE PLUMBER WAS RIGHT ON TIME THE DAY HE CAME TO REPAIR SHOWER. QUESTIONS I HAD WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY AND CALL BACK TIME AND FOLLOW UP CALLS WERE GOOD TO ASSURE SATISFACTION.

WE HAVE BEEN USING LEVY PLUMBING FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. THEY ARE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK STANDS UP OR THEY STAND BY IT. THEY FOLLOW UP WITH A SERVICE PHONE CALL.

OUR TECHNICIAN WAS MICHAEL BROWN, AND HE SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME WITH BOTH HEATING AND AIR SYSTEMS AND CHECKED THEM VERY THOROUGHLY. HE OPTIMIZED THEIR OPERATIONS AND THEY HAVE BEEN RUNNING EXTREMELY EFFICIENTLY.
