They beat home depots price, easy to schedule my consultation and installation, good work.

Not once did anyone show up on time. Job took a day and a half longer than expected. Lots of stuff went wrong but when they did i was able to get it rectified. I believe there are better than 98 percent of other places. Make sure you double check all measurements, they were off.

We recently bought our first home and were looking to redo all of the floors before we moved in. Flooring Direct sent Steve out to meet us in our home with samples. He was very professional and easily likeable. He not only showed us samples, but gently guided us to making decisions that worked best with both of our tastes. Steve was punctual and an absolute delight to interact with. We also got to speak quite a bit with Karen after our install--which involved removing and replacing a toilet--needed some touching up due to a slow water leak! Flooring Direct sent out their team two more times following our initial install to correct the grout and caulk damage resulting from the leak (which turns out to have been a result of a very worn valve on the back of the toilet and not at all an issue with the team's re-installation of our toilet). Robert and Omar were the two gentlemen sent out and they were kind and helpful. Overall, we love the look of the floors. Our ceramic tile is beautiful and the carpet is luxurious and not something I thought we would have been able to afford. In the end, we had about 2200 sqft of flooring replaced (give or take) and are very happy with the results. I would absolutely hire Flooring Direct again in the future.

Appointment was made quickly to discuss flooring options and pricing. They were able to obtain an exact match to existing hardwood floors and I felt the price was very competitive. Joel Murillo and Jose Manuel were my installers and they were EXCELLENT! They were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept the work area clean. They ensured I was satisfied before closing out the job.

Inspection and measuring went well, but then I never heard back. I was told it would take about a week. I received a call a week later asking me for an update, to which I explained I was still waiting to hear back from them for an estimate so I could move forward. Then I never heard back again.

The workers did a great job. We are very pleased with the carpet and the work. While it turned out not to be a problem for us, we were assured that the job would take one day. I asked several times. However, they needed to come back to finish a second day. In addition, when the workers arrived they were taken aback by all our large and heavy furniture. Discussion with the manager resulted in an extra $500. We split it with our salesman as he had made a mistake by not noting the furniture (large china cabinet, piano, etc.) in the original bid. Only our grandfather clock was noted. I suppose you could say we saved $250 because if the job had been quoted correctly it would have cost us the $500 more. Other than that, we were pleased.

It when well, They started late the first day, may have been a scheduling issue and it took one day longer than expected but I think that's acceptable. They used lots of plastic to keep the demolition dust contained. The tile and grout look great. I did find some residual grout on tiles later but in fairness it was hard to see and was only found by stepping on it and it removed easily with a putty knife.

The sales rep, Randy was great and on a large part, the sale was saved based on his effort.

Both installers were professional, courteous and amazing workers. We are so very pleased with the results. The job was completed "above" our expectations.

Overall good experience. Schedulers indicated only 1 day for installation but it took 2 plus another trip to install T-molds that were back ordered.

I'm extremely pleased with the entire process. It's never easy because you have all the dust and have to move out of the area. However, Jose and his assistant did a great job of cleaning up as they went. The install looks great. They moved all my furniture to the garage and then blew off the dust before bringing it back in. There was one tile broke in the bathroom. Jose told me right away and had already found the extra tile in the garage. He found grout that matched and did the repair. You can't even tell. They sweep and dry mopped the floors many times throughout the process. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work and process.

Monday they arrived and we briefly went over what needed to be done. They worked on the flooring , the next couple of days and completed on Wednesday ahead of schedule.

Everything was excellent. Tom, the PM who came out to get our quote, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in thinking through all of the options available to us. He made a few suggestions for what he thought would be reasonable options and reviewed the pros and cons of each. We felt the best about Direct Flooring of all 3 companies that we had come out and provide a quote, and on top of that they were the cheapest (when factoring in that we paid in full up front for an additional discount), so we moved forward with them. We got an install set up for 2 weeks from the date we signed off and made plans to vacate the house for a week. The install team came in and was very professional. They were very easy to work with, and they actually got the whole job done in 3 days. At the end of the 3rd day, while doing the final walk-through, I noticed a couple of small problems. They immediately went back to work and knocked everything out in about another 30 minutes. We are a couple of weeks in and everything seems to be in great working order. The floors are not quite as scratch resistant as I would have liked, but we were warned about the possibility of that when we went with the WPC. A trip to Target to get some pads for the furniture and everything has been fine. Between 2 clumsy adults, a dog, and a baby the floor has taken a beating but still looks and feels great. From start to finish, I felt good about Flooring Direct and will definitely think about using them again if needed.

Tile installers were excellent! Gave great suggestions on how to intertwine with existing flooring.

They did an amazing job in a timely manner. We were very happy and impressed with the work done.

Everything went well with exception of the scheduling of services resulting in 2 days later than planned. President was very responsive to situation. Installers were great!

Sales person arrived late, was kind of pushy. I was told my credit card would be charged 1/2 the amount once supplies received and the second half after job completed. My card was charged the full amount the day of agreeing to work. Workers did a good job on the floors but only a fair job on the baseboards. They also left many, many marks, scuffs and dirty hand pints all over the walls. They then went around my house, in the garage, pantry, etc. to find items to weigh down the transition pieces. This seems very odd and unprofessional to me.

Went well. Arrived on time, worked with our schedule, completed on time. Floors look great!
