We had a great experience with flooring direct. The installers were very good and professional.

We had laminate flooring installed in the majority of our home (everything but the entryway, bathrooms, and kitchen). The floors look great. One transition began to come up after one week, but Flooring Direct was quick to come back to correct the issue. Overall, the installation team was very professional, trustworthy, and did a good job.

They installed a tile floor in a hall bathroom. I am very pleased with the work and value. They were very friendly, responsive and showed up on time.

The salesperson was very good in working with us in response to our insurance claim for our previously damaged floors. He helped us to understand the pros and cons of laminate versus engineered hardwood flooring and we selected the latter for our new floors. Overall we were very pleased with the sales process as they made it easy in coming to our home the weekend after we requested an appointment. As a first-time homeowner, I've never undergone a construction zone in my own home before so I really didn't know what to expect. The demolition day was a little hectic but the team at flooring direct was professional and helped to coach me through that process. The installation took 3 days but the end result was more than worth it as the floors look incredible. Our installation team even painted at no additional charge around our fireplace where the new wood floors came in a little lower than before and so that area needed some touch-up paint. My wife and I ultimately chose this company because of the good reviews here on Angie's list. We were willing to pay maybe a little more than we would have had we gone with an independent contractor and discount flooring warehouses because we wanted a reputable company who would back their product. What we got from Flooring direct was a professional company focused on our customer satisfaction and a very high quality final product in our new wood floors. If you want a similar experience choose this company.

Mistakenly laid carpets in wrong rooms, company came back and fixed problem at no cost.

We had a great experience with flooring direct. The salesman was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I love that they come to your house with samples so you can place the samples against walls, fireplaces and doors to see how the colors will go with everything else. He had the quote for our top three choices in no time and we were able to select. The installers were very good and professional as well. It took a bit longer than we had originally hoped, but that did not matter at all - much rather have it done right than quickly. So happy with the job done and the way our house looks now!

We always consult Angie's List first - this company was very thorough, respectful of our furniture when moving, polite and terrific to deal with on personal basis.

We made sure rooms were ready for furniture removal so things went well. If took about 9 hours to complete 4 rooms and hall and stairs. They left the rooms intact and vacumned. We were very pleased.

We bought a pre-owned home that had 2400 SF of tile and carpet. The owners had upgraded only one room (the living room) with handscraped hardwood floors. The staff at Flooring Direct were able to match the handscraped wood. They pulled up the carpet and installed the exact same wood in the carpeted parts of the house. We chose to keep the tile. But these guys did such a great job, I'm thinking of having the tile pulled up and replaced with wood as well! The installers were courteous, professional, and showed up every day on time for a week. I had errands to run throughout the day and I felt comfortable leaving them there for hours at a time to continue working and take care of business. I'm so pleased with these floors! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. And I would use them again.

My sales representative, Don continents to do an outstanding job presenting options and quality products for mour consideration. The installers arrived on time , were extremely professional and completely the project in a timely manner. This is the 3rd time I have used this company for my flooring needs.

Overall we are very pleased. Slight miscommunication regarding report time for man to do a tile repair, but that was quickly resolved. Slight miscommunication regarding treatment for concrete - I was told to ask the salesman and after calling salesman, he didn't return my call. However, after calling the store a second time, I was able to talk to someone who could answer my questions. Prior to that salesman did go out of his way to stop by our home and show me the carpet I had selected again to ease my mind regarding my color selection which I GREATLY appreciated!! Again, overall very pleased with the employees at Flooring Direct and Jose and his crew!!
