Went extremely well! The installer, Pedro S., did the demolition and installation. He kept me informed, answered any questions and did superb work! The office staff I worked with, particularly Kelly, couldn't have been more helpful. My salesperson changed due to a company change and they honored his promises. I was very impressed. So often when you hire people to come into your home, you are very disappointed, this was the easiest experience I've had in the remodeling of my home. Thank you!

Workmen arrived before 9 am got straight to work. Very professional & cleaned up after words, would differently use again.

They were so professional! I have a heavy wheelchair that is rough on floors but the floor is holding up so well! They finished the job ahead of schedule. They moved all my furniture and were very respectful of my disability. They made sure each area was inspected and never took a break! They cleaned up all the trash and swept my floor several times. I would definitely use them again!

Great customer service. Love the fact that they bring the samples to you instead of you having to drive to showroom. In fact, when I read another comment on here when I was looking, It is one of the main reasons I chose them. Everyone from office/sales and installer were super nice and easy to talk to. All work was completed as described and on time.

We got three estimates and after visiting with three salesmen and reading the Angie's List reviews, we had the most confidence in Flooring Direct. We hoped they would be at least competitive in price. As it turned out, they gave us the best deal. Tom was a very professional salesman - no pressure, very knowledgable and prompt in returning our calls. The office called with three different times for installation and were able to work out the best time for us - very friendly person handled the call. The installers were incredible! We can't say enough about how wonderful Vicente and Paco were. They moved and disconnected all of the appliances in the laundry room and kitchen, including the stove which we hadn't expected. We were originally told that the install would take 4-5 days - well two more workers showed up the first day and they removed the carpet, tile and linoleum that morning. They stayed until 7 pm to get everyone done and hauled away. When we got back home the second day, everything was finished and they were detail cleaning our house. We had anticipated a mess - but they washed walls, knick-nacks and everything. They took great care in moving all of the furniture back, even measuring our dining room table's glass top so the it was EXACTLY even to the inch. They installed moulding throughout the house and even stained the kitchen quarter-round to match the cabinets. They were polite and patient with our dogs. They took great pride in their workmanship and when they were though with the job, they even thought that "it looked like a brand new home". Would highly recommend this company due to the price, quality of the products and workmanship and pride of the installers. Thanks so much Paco, Vicente, and Tom - we absolutely love our "new home".

From the in-home product selection, quote, scheduling, right through the completion of work, everything went off without a hitch. Everyone we dealt with at Flooring Direct was courteous, professional, and punctual. The work was completed as promised with fantastic results and no surprises. The price was competitive and the folks at Flooring Direct went out of their way to ensure that we were both informed, and happy with job, and transaction as a whole. From the in-home product selection to the completion of the installation was only about two weeks, and that included a few days of decision making on our part. The install itself took two days: during the morning hours of day 1, our existing carpet was removed and some float was added to to our foundation slab for leveling. The float was left overnight to dry while the hardwood remained stacked neatly in our home to allow it to acclimate. The following morning the installation work was started, and it was completed by late that afternoon. We're very happy with Flooring Direct and will do business with them again in the future.

They installed the carpet. It was straight forward and everyone with whom I spoke was very clear and direct.

Karen was kind, professional, and informative. Ultimately, Flooring Direct only installs material that they have purchased, and since I have already purchased my ceramic tiles and have had them partially installed, I am unable to employ their services. Still, Karen was very nice and professional as she explained her company's policies. I will definitely consider their business for future projects.

We had a friend refer us and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace flooring. We replaced about 2,700 sq. ft of flooring and the majority of it was tile. They had to break up and remove a lot of existing tile. I really liked Tom who sold us the tile, he was very personable and didn't try to sell us on anything just listened to what we wanted and showed us his samples. He was able to provide an on the spot estimate and broke down the costs for us in a very clear manner. He was also very responsive the few times I called him afterwards. I thought the pricing was fair and always had pleasant experiences when I called into the company's main number. But as great as my experience was with the sales team and office staff was, it was also brief. The people who deserve the A super plus would be the tile installers who were at my house for 5 days breaking up removing tile and laying the new. I really can't say enough nice things they did an amazing job. I am sure they have several teams of installers but the one I had was great. They were very nice, professional, and hard working. I was nervous before they came put about how much dust would be generated when they broke up the tile but really it wasn't much and they were very good about covering all the furniture and cleaning afterward. I probably had less dust in my house after they left than before, my housecleaners will have an easy week. The carpet installers I had were a different group and I was probably just spoiled at this point by the tile team but I was less impressed. This would be my one point of room for improvement. The carpet is in and looks great but I didn't think they took as good of care with my things. For example, they put my sons bedding in the guest bathroom tub when they moved his bed. Normally this would not be a problem but, that bathroom is being remodeled. They were half way through tiling it. There were broken pieces of tile, sheet rock, paint cans and other mess in that tub. They also didn't plug anything back in (we are talking power cords nothing fancy for a few big lamps and the tv) which I had left in place because I couldn't easily unplug them with the furniture in place. So, I will have to move all the big furniture to plug them back in. All minor grievances but I was spoiled by the tile team who took the time to plug such things in and ask me before they left if everything was where I wanted it and worked to get everything back exactly in its place. Overall, I was very impressed and if I have any flooring needs in the future will use them again.

This is my second time to hire Flooring Direct. I am very pleased with the overall experience and service. They do beautiful work. The only critique I would have for them is to always make sure that the sales person takes detailed notes or has a talk with installers about the job prior to starting it. There was a error that caused them to have to redo some of the work when the issue had been discussed in detail with the sales person when I signed the work order. When I talked with the service manager about it, he immediately owned the issue and had it corrected to my complete satisfaction (I would not have mentioned this considering they fixed it, the only reason I did is to show that things do not always go perfectly. If an error happens, you want to know you are dealing with a company that will fix it with no trouble and that is exactly what they did). Both installers were very professional. Paco in particular is a customer first type of guy. He was very concerned with my satisfaction and took extra effort to be sure he cleaned every inch of the bathroom once he was completed with the job. Again the work is beautiful.

Flooring Direct was great to work with. From Karen their scheduler, to Chris, the salesman to the installation crew it was a positive experience. All were professional and listened to my needs. The installation was done in one day and there was no debris left when they finished. I would highly recommend this company for professionalism, quality of their products and response to what I identified as my needs with their service.

We met with Michael in their warehouse /store to discuss the purchase and installation of laminate floors throughout our new home.. He was very helpful and considerate of our aesthetic needs and budget. After a couple of hours We found the perfect choice. We were in a bit of a rush to get the floors installed before furniture was moved n and Michael came out to our home within 3 days to measure and the installers were there the following week., Top notch service. Great price. And an outstanding installation job. We couldn't be happier!
