We had Drew come out with samples of tiles, he was very easy to talk to and helped us very much on getting the price we had on our budget. thanks alot. Within a few days we had a crew come out and did the flooring it looks amazing. They did exactly what we were looking for on setting the tile. Pedro and his crew worked very hard and cleaned up before they left. I would hire and recommend this company.

Perfect! The workmen were true artisans! Kept everything as clean and dust free as possible and did a great job on the new tile! Very very satisified!!

The installers, Vicente and his brother Paco were excellent. Throughout the four days they were at our house working on our floors, they worked hard from early in the morning until they finished each phase of their work. They were very polite to my wife and me and took time to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Vicente and Paco are both very knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen and it was a joy to watch them work. Our floors look great because of the care and pride they take in their work.

Monday was demo. Thursday was tile laid out. Wednesday was great tile & wood floors. Thursday was finish and clean up.

Met sales man @ DFW home show. He came out & gave us a quote, we signed. After 2 delays on our part, floor was installed. Install crew went above & beyond. Everyone has been amazing!

Everything went very smoothly. The installers arrived on time and they worked non-stop for two days. It really shows that they took their time. They were very professional and friendly and they cleaned up very well. I would definitely recommend Flooring Direct and would use them in the future if/when I decide to replace the rest of our carpet.

Guys were very professional punctual and work in well-coordinated way. It is nice to see them explain the process and next steps and have told ? precautions and other maintenance stuff.

Showed up on time finished in one day. There was no mess when done. It was a great experience and will use them for future flooring install.

Did have a problem initially with the order, was filed as complete before being sent but came in quickly after that. Turned out to be the wrong piece but Jesus went back to the warehouse & came back with what I needed. Much appreciated! The actual flooring done a few years ago has been great!

The final result was perfect. We couldn't be happier. There was an initial misunderstanding about the seams and transitions, but their VP of Operations got involved immediately and the problem was resolved right away. We will most certainly use them again when the need arises.

I used Flooring Direct. They were here March 12 2016. It cost $700. They told me was going to be, from 9:30 to 11:30 they showed up @ 11:30.

The Flooring Direct installers were fast and very efficient. They came on time and did a BEAUTIFUL job. I would certainly recommend Flooring Direct to anyone needing flooring done in their home or business.

Steve came; was clear in answering all our questions; got our bid back in timely manner; when it came time to schedule, we talked to Claire at office on phone. She was amazing and got our job to be scheduled in a narrow time frame we had available when we were to be outta town. We really appreciated this. Here is two bids; one for luxury vinyl and one for the ceramic tile. We love the tile!! Looks like wood, but can pour water on it and just mop it up. Great for our 4 kids under 8. Very pleased. The work crew came on time moved furniture out of room. They are very professional and friendly. They did a great job and replaced all furniture.

The stairs and floors are absolutely beautiful. They moved the major furniture into our media room and dining room. Installation was done over a 3-4 day period. They returned a little over a week later to scrape and stain the floors and staircase. The hand scraping, angle of the floors, and stain had to be matched to the first floor. They did an awesome job and I learned something with this particular installation - stain can lighten or darken as it cures over a month. In our case, the stain lightened over a couple of weeks and matches the original stair railing and first floor beautifully. When it was first put on it was very dark and admittedly, I was very concerned. They told me to wait though and they were right. I have never seen that happen but my past floors have been different ages and colors than these. Their expertise and experience really came through and we are thrilled to have our 2nd floors and stairs looking amazing.
