I couldn't have asked for an easier job. This was so much easier than having my husband do the work. He can tile floors but has another full time job. I suggested since it was so extensive that we pay to have it done. It was worth every penny. Process went extremely well. Everyone thing from bid, to scheduling, to installation was smooth. They communicated very well throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the service. So much so I hired them to do a second job on my rental home.

They were quick, professional and cleaned up after they were done. It was all installed properly. I'm writing this before the carpet was installed, but the tile and laminate look amazing.

Start was rough- No one showed on first day and no phone call- l called them a they noted the problem. One the guys slowed up everything was excellent!

Day got too long-finishing up after 8:30 pm. I'd have preferred to have job completed the following morning. But-they were very hard working.

The salesman, Tom Woods, were very pleasant during the initial meeting. We sealed the deal on the spot due to his, what we thought, was his professionalism and knowledge. We were informed that before the install, we would be called to confirm the date and time window and then receive another call before installers showed up. We did not receive a call confirming the window and the installers showed up earlier than planned. It would not have been an issue, however, we were trying to disconnect cables and such from the satellite, DVR, etc. and my husband informed the installer that he needed a few more minutes since they showed up earlier than expected. The installer ignored him and pulled out the cables. While the installers were proficient, their customer service was very poor. In addition, we had discussed with the salesperson that we wanted additional trim for the carpet but that was not relayed to the installers so we have to schedule another appointment with the project manager. I have tried to reach out to the salesperson and he has not responded even though he informed us when we paid him that if we had any questions he was available 24/7. This was a small job so I am guessing our business and customer satisfaction does not matter to the company. Very, very disappointed!!
