Everything went very well. Vincent and Paco were on time, very professional, very satisfied with their work.

Excellent sales service, customer service, updates, installation and final review. They were professional, kept my home clean and easy to access for daily walk-throughs. I would use them again and will when we replace the carpet.

It went well, although, I was surprised that only one worker came to lay the carpet. I was quite nervous, especially that the man didn't speak English. I live alone so, I do have protection. That will be a question I will add to my list next time I have someone work at my home.

They’ve been great. I used them about 2 months ago and I’m about to use them again. It was a lot, it took about 6 days. They were very, very patient. When you are undertaking something large like that, you get at least 3 bids, which I did. They were very nice and they met the price on a couple of things. They were very prompt, very nice people. I was in there 4 or 5 times before I made a decision, they were very patient and very nice. I am about to use them again.

They did an amazing job! Very punctual, professional and courteous team. Jo and his team worked all day and cleaned up each evening before they left. The job is impeccable. The sales person was very thorough and was not pushy. Overall, a great company to work with.

Response was good, I was able to get an appointment right away, and Randy met up with us to discuss pricing and options. I think the pricing was decent, considering it included everything from material to install and cleanup. The only gotcha is that the 10% discount that was offered from Angies List does not apply because apparently the pricing is already discounted. Doesn't seem right, but that's fine. The install went well, except for two things: a floor outlet was covered, and the closet install was not finished. The thing that bugged me was that despite the issues, my credit card was charged the final balance, which should have applied only when the job was fully completed. I contacted management and my concern was remediated by prompt scheduling of the fixes. The fix was done, and the overall result is a job well done. Price is decent, quality is good, and I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Great job! We live in a split level house with 3 floors. Flooring Direct ordered the same brand,color and style as previously installed,although it was discontinued. I wish I would have hired them for all floors! They were excellent.

The initial service was wonderful - Chris came out and actually talked me out of my initial (more expensive) plan which included hardwood on my very steep stairs. He explained to me that I could replace the carpet, potentially more than once for what I would buy in wood, AND that the stairs were so steep, he was not comfortable going in that direction. I ended up buying a very, very nice carpet with a waterproof pad for a very fair price. He took over 2 hours with me while I made decisions. Today, the installer came. They were an hour late, past the two hour window. Carlos was very nice, but difficult to understand and could not seem to locate my house. Once he made it, he and his two teenaged sons got to work. The carpet install looks good, but the treatment of my belongings was lacking. We were told to move everything but furniture out of the way, which is what we did. It was explained that they would put everything back where they found it, or as close to it. This was not the case for a great deal of our furniture. It was left pretty much a mess, more so than I would have expected given the extent to which we moved things for them prior to arrival. Overall the carpet looks nice, feels nice and should be exactly what we want. The stairs were kind of rushed and there seem to be a few spots where it might need a second pass. It may end up being ok after it settles, but if not, Flooring Direct will come back out and fix it, as stated in their paperwork.

I'm a repeat customer. Company deserves high-marks from the sales + office staff to the installers. Highly recommend.

The men were courteous and helpful. They Kept the dust to a bare minimum so I was very satisfied with the overall job

Installation was fine. Workmanship was fine. Downside was the sales department was eager to generate change orders if the work just hinted to be outside of their one page contract. Pricing on change order work was high and you had to watch it closely. Overall attitude demonstrated by sales in the change order process was not customer friendly ie, read the contract, take it or leave it.

The flooring options were competitively priced. The team did wonderfully with the installation. I was very nervous about how the baseboards (new and had to be cut to size) would go but they look perfect! It is a messy job that creates dust and there's no way to avoid that. Also, now having seen how old hardwoods are removed it's expected that you're going to have some damage - but mine was very minimal. Just a few paint touch ups needed. The floor is perfectly level and looks gorgeous. I'm so happy with the final product :)

It went fantastic! They were in and out in one day. They even had some great techniques for moving some heavy furniture.

It went better than expected. The sales reps were knowledgeable and not pushy, and the installers were always on time and very professional. They cleaned up each day before they left and did an amazing job. We cannot be happier with how it turned out.

It went very well. We enjoyed meeting Steve Ebsen, our salesman and all the interactions with Karen and Kelly at the office. The installers were professional and did an excellent job installing and replacing our furniture.
