Hired repair person named Carlos to repair Thermadore vent. He came out, said he could fix but needed a part and required a down payment. I stupidly wrote a check for $400. For 1 1/2 months I called and texted Carlos. He said he would come back and fix but I never saw him again. Dallasite cashed the check the day after I wrote it. Carlos told (lied) me that Dallasite apparently were not going to refund me but he would 1)send check to me in mail (he did not) and 2) deliver the cash to my house (he did not). Several calls to Dallasite were not returned. I think this whole operation is a scam and Carlos is totally untrustworthy. Stay away from Carlos and Dallasite Appliance Repair.

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You are going to lose your money. In September of 2024 I paid them $365 dollars per replace the panel control of the dishwasher. OInly four months after the control is not working again. I call them because I have warranty. After I asked them to come and check the dishwasher they stop (the company and the technician Carlos no the company) are not answering my phone calls, may text message, my voice message. DO NOT USE THEM!

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. WE HAD WORK DONE BY THEM A FEW MONTHS AGO AND WHEN I CALLED BACK WITH THE PROBLEM, CARLOS, THE REPAIR PERSON PROMISED TO COME AND LOOK AT IT, NEVER DID AND WHEN I CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE HE ANSERED AND LIED TO ME PROMISSED TO CALL AND COME BY. NOW HE DOESN'T ANSWER HIS PHONE OR MASSAGE AND THE COMPANY DOES THE SAME. I WISH I WOULD SPEND MY MONEY WITH A GOOD HONEST PEOPLE INSTEAD OF CROOKS.

He replaced the control panel in my speed Queen washer in July 2024. It had a 2 year parts and labor warranty. It started doing the same thing again in October 2024. Called and he said he would come. Never showed and now won’t return calls or texts. Basically ghosted me. I’m sure it’s because it’s in warranty and he won’t make any money if he has to fixit again. No way to do business. DO NOT USE THEM!

Do not hire this company for any reason. My refrigerator water valve broke of course water was leaking all over the floor. The tech came and had a hard time moving the refrigerator and he damaged the floor, when he finally was able to get behind the refrigerator, he turned the water off and told me he needed $350.00 to order the part. I wrote him a check and after two weeks I called the tech and he came back with a part that he glued on. Needless to say, the water began to leak again into the floor and walls and since it was a Saturday I had to wait until Monday to reached Carlos, because they don't have an after hours or emergency service. He came and because it had been difficult for him to move the refrigerator, he pretended to turn the water off and left. Since the water continued to seep into the walls and the floor, I called a different company, the tech came 2 days later and moved the refrigerator without a problem and showed me that the water had not been not turned off. I called the company and was told that I would be getting a refund which I haven't received to this date. This happened August 8, 2024. I have called numerous times, and all I get is an answering machine. I have left messages and no one has called me back.

Do not use this company. They took money upfront for an a portion of the replacement part needed to repair a dishwasher and then did not follow up. When called to ask about the part arrival, the office manager looked in to it and informed me the part was no longer produced so they couldnâ t get it. Asked for refund but never got it. First they said they sent it by check but when it didnâ t come, we called again. Then they said they would refund it to the credit card we had used. Weeks later it still has not posted to cc account and this company told us to take it up with our bank???? Looking on BBB, our complaint seems similar to othersâ experience. I think this is their scamâ ¦.diagnose a problem that needs parts, take money for parts, but when part is not available they donâ t refund the money paid upfront for parts and labor.

Around February 9, 2024, I paid $220 and $185 for a total of $405. That was $180 for the dryer part and repair and $225 for the washer part, a knob, and repair. The dryer was repaired. Carlos (the tech) never worked on my washer and it is in the same condition as it was when I contact them. Three times Carlos said he was going to come out and do the repair, but he never showed up and he never called. He finally told me that they could not get the part or the knob for the washing machine and he would refund the money to me. They repaid $125 to me which was for the washer part and knob because they couldnâ t get either. I'm still out $100. All Iâ m asking for is my $100 back for work that was never done. I finally connected with Kim at Dallas site appliance repair service and she told me that he did the repair work and that they would not pay me any more money back. I told them that they were welcome to come out here and see that the washing machine is not repaired, but they have stopped responding to me. I know it is only $100 but the repair was never done.
