I used Service Magic for the first time in March 2010. Bryan Barnes was linked to my water heater issue. He was the first one to call me (about 5 minutes after I input it). He came out EARLY and had my hot water heater up and running in less than an hour for a minimal fee. My Brother-in-law is a general contractor, was there, and was completely impressed. I'll be sharing Bryan's contact information with everyone I know looking for a good plumber.
