+ -1 moreDespite the negative Angie's List review, we decided to give this local company a chance. After our call, they promised a 1-3 service window. I received a call during that window that the scheduler misunderstood and booked a technician who was not Bocsh certified. They offered to reschedule for the following day between 1-4, and of course I said yes. The following day I received a call at 2:00 saying that the technician had made multiple calls to my number and no one answered. I took a screen shot of both of our phones--no calls from anyone other than my family. He tried to contact his technician and called me back saying he went "straight to voicemail" with his technician. He tried to reschedule a third time, but I refused After sitting in my house for two straight afternoons waiting for a phone call, I must agree with the first reviewer. Do not waist your time. THIS COMPANY DESERVES AN F AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Description of Work: MADE A WASHING MACHINE REPAIR APPT FOR LAST FRIDAY AND THE COMPANY CALLED AND CANCELLED. WEATHER WAS BAD SO I UNDERSTAND. RESCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, BUT EVEN AFTER 2 VOICE MESSAGES WITH US NOT ONLY LEAVING A MESSAGE, BUT OUR PHONE NUMBER AS WELL, WE DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK. TECHNICIAN JUST STOOD US UP. CALLED COMPANY AGAIN AND THEY TRIED TO RESCHEDULE A THIRD TIME. I DECLINED.
