STAR APPLIANCE WAS ON SITE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF MY PHONE CALL, HAVE A VERY REASONABLE CALL OUT FEE ($45). I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

DAVE CALLED TO SAY HE WAS ON HIS WAY AND FOR DIRECTIONS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, AND QUICKLY WENT TO WORK TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. ONCE THE PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED, HE GAVE ME TWO OPTIONS OF REPAIR. COMPLETED REPAIR IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE GENTLEMAN.

THE OWNER WAS AT MY HOUSE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND PROCEEDED TO CHECK MY STOVE. HE TOOK GREAT CARE TO CHECK EVERYTHING AND TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO FIX IT. AFTER HE HAD CHECKED TO SEE IF THE PARTS WERE AVAILABLE (I HAVE A VERY OLD STOVE), HE SAID HE CHECKED WITH 3 OUTLETS AND THE PARTS FOR THIS BRAND WEREN'T AVAILABLE ANYMORE. HE THOUGHT THE STOVE MIGHT STILL WORK OCCASIONALLY, BUT ALAS IT DIDN'T. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS CURIOSITY AND THE INTENSITY OF ACHIEVING HIS TASK. HE WAS MILD-MANNERED AND POLITE. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN HIS BILL WAS $45.00 AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MORE. I WOULD DEFINITELY UTILIZE HIS SERVICES AGAIN.
