Robert was very thorough and professional in his appraisal of my home. He communicates well and discussed the process he would use to define the dollar value. He does carry a heavy load and it might take a couple of weeks to get your paper work back. For the local county he performs good value for the money. In out lying counties he does charge extra for the travel. Over all I would recommend his service, especially to veterans.

Mr. Partin was very professional and is very good at communicating with his clients. He is up front about his charges and his process which I appreciated. He explained the process he would use to come to a dollar value of my home which made my understanding much more clear. If there were any draw backs, it is that he does charge extra for traveling out of county, which he was up front about in the initial conversation. Also, he carries a heavy work load and it will be about 3 weeks before we get our report back. Over all I would highly recommend his services.
