Robert Partin at Partin Appraisal was absolutely awesome! I could not have asked for someone with more dedication and more expertise to provide appraisal services. My business reached out to him in early 2020 with atypical requests; we needed a customized report that showcased very specific information. His team with Diana Jacob assembled an extremely well written and professional report outlining specific facts. He covered the residential side and the commercial side of the appraisal aspects. I would absolutely hire Mr. Partin again for appraisal services. He is very respectable and extremely professional. He is looking to establish a relationship and not just complete a 1-off job. Mr. Partin was very thorough in his appraisal. He asked us to submit bids for anything that needed repairs i.e. pool, garage, roof etc. He came up with a fair appraisal on the house and we were happy with his work. His final report was detailed and had an explanation for everything. He also contacted us 2 weeks after his work was completed to see if we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, friends, and family.
