Partin Appraisal

I asked at the beginning that a specific house be included in the appraisal (the seller had requested this.) He checked and it wasn't listed in MLS, so he was unable to use the house. I'm not upset he didn't use the house, just upset it didn't come up in one of our several conversations. Great communication, aside from the one specific issue everything was perfect and Robert Partin was very helpful. Contract cancelled on the house and I'll likely be using Mr. Partin again.

Robert Partin was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. I followed him around and asked many questions on what I should do to maximize the selling price of my home, where best to spend the least amount of dollars. He gave me many good suggestions. I received 5 comps with 3 being less than half a mile away. He did the appraisal late on a Sunday afternoon and emailed the report to me. I was impressed with how quickly and accurately he drew my house by taking measurements with a laser ruler. The result was everything I was expecting.
