Wonderful service. Peter and Oscar are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Installed the mini split and made sure it was working correctly. Gave me a tutorial on the features of the system and informed me of the future preventative maintenance needed. Highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

These people are incredible. Not only did they try to fix it in the night and the heat but couldn't repair it so immediately worked with us to immediately get us a new one and at a cost that worked for both of us and did it within a couple days and it was 93 in the house. The team that worked on the house was incredible, making sure the new unit worked properly, cleaned up all the old, answered questions and worked in horrible heat. Omar, Pete, Guy, and Rodriquez did everything they could to help and make the experience easily, quick, and pleasant. They even hand delivered to the front door a small gift, invoice, and warranty info, who does that in Corpus? I've worked with a lot of great contractors after long hours of the "hunting game" and it's the worse here and I've lived all over the country so I know but this service was outstanding, it was such a shock! I can't say thank you enough for caring and would recommend RAPID AIR over and over again!

We called Rapid Air because our AC stopped cooling. it was blowing but not cooling down. He came in and fiddled around at the outside unit and inside unit. He was called in for winterization. We told him the problem we had and his conclusion was that we were going to need a whole new unit because it was old. Granted yes, it's old but it was blowing. He then told us that the wires were not connected and it was not registering to blow so we need a compressor,a converter and that there were bad "disconnects". He proceeded to tirn on the AC and said see the unit is not blowing. He told us about a new unit and its costs and when my husband asked him for his boss's card, he gave us the sales estimater guy. Something didn't sound right because it was blowing cold earlier and suddenly stopped blowing cold. We called for a second opinion and the repairman laughed and said he disconnected the blower and all electrical stuff. He actaully fixed the converter in a jiffy reattached the electrical work, tweaked and tighten other stuff and "poof" the air started blowing and guess what it was "COLD"!!!!! Will never use this company again!! I have already told my whole family not to EVER call them! Horrible business ethics and no professionalism on their part. Very disappointed and will be reported to the BBB!!!!

Technicians report came back as having bad connections and did advise customer of the issue. The components that were needing to be replaced along with the age of the unit was the reason why he recommended to replace the system. A winter Preventative Maintenance consisted of looking at the system and making any recommendations to bring the system up to par. The call was never reported as "not cooling" or any other issues. We definately apologized to the customer for a possible miscommunication and refunded the customer with his service charge.
