My AC unit was leaking. Serviceman came out and inspected my unit. He flushed out my drain pipes and check the entire heating and cooling unit. Told me possible causes and also recommend further steps to prevent future problems. After the work he did, I asked him the price and he said " I just inspected your system to make sure it is properly draining no charge." He also gave me a quote if I every wanted to upgrade to a energy efficient Unit. They will be getting my business in the near future!!!
