All Pro Plumbing

I was referred to All Pro by a good friend. All Pro has been around Copperas Cove & Coryell County for decades. Trooper is good at what he does, his prices are fair, and he's a friendly guy. He can get busy at times though, but that means he's in demand. I called on a Monday one week, and my problem wasn't an emergency. He told me he was pretty busy that week, but he'd try to call me in a couple days. He didn't call back that week, but the following Monday he called and apologized for the delay. He came out the next morning, ran his rooter machine from the sewer cleanout in the front of my house to a partial clog under my house. He knocked it out in about 10 minutes, and things are flowing as they should ever since. I'm very satisfied with the work he did, the speed in which he did it, and the price was fair to boot.

When I called All Pro company had a full day scheduled but said they would find time to look at the water heater.  In the mean time the owner of the company talked me through troubleshooting it over the phone.  I discovered corrosion on the tank and had it gone unnoticed it would have resulted in a much bigger disaster.  As soon as I told the owner, they were on the way to the house and by the afternoon they had installed a new water heater.  It may have cost more than if I had done comparison shopping but the professionalism and speed were worth it.

Awesome service, personable personnel - went the extra mile and fixed what needed to be done to give immediate relief and then returned to reroute the ruptured water line and got the water turned back on within two hours of coming back.  If you need a plumber, call these guys.  Trooper Sawyer is a true professional and a concerned individual
