They were quick and their price was reasonable. They were about a third less than the competition was. They were very punctual and responsive, and their quality was good. I sure would use them again in the future.

I would definitely use their services in the future too. In fact, we are planning on using them since we are going to convert our fireplace into a gas log fireplace.

Billy was very helpful as a consultant about our fireplace remodeling. He did give us a bid for what we wanted as far as lowering the fireplace opening by adding a lentil but he also was very generous in providing us a reference for a Fireplace Design contractor who he thought would be able to do the whole job we were looking for including adding a lentil as well as adding marble from floor to ceiling as the new surface and integrating it with a TV mounted over the fireplace. When we found out Quardian Chimney patched shingles on roofs, we asked him to repair ours, something we had been procrastinating on for way too long (since Ike.) He was very professional and reasonable and showed up when he said he would. We would definitely use him again.

They were professional and showed up on time. Everything was good except for the caulking around the windows. That was done badly. It was very uneven.

Billy was very professional and very clean. He laid down a cloth to contain any stray dust and didn't leave any mess.

It went very well. The workman was very professional, courteous and competent. The cap was put in place and the chimney and fireplace were thoroughly cleaned. He also checked to see that there were no gas leaks around my firelog valves. A very good experience. All work was completed within one hour.

The guy who came out to get the work done responded quickly and did a good job. He checked everything and charged me a fair price. I did everything by phone since it was for a property that I don?t live in. He seemed very professional and got the job done. The price that I paid was an average amount.

The owner came out and gave me an estimate along with 2 or 3 different alternatives. He didn't pressure me to go either way and made some suggestions based on his experience (not even selecting the most expensive alternative). He bought the materials needed, showed up on time, and finished the job quickly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself and even cleaned one of my other gas fireplaces for free. He did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Called and was able to set up an appointment for estimate the same week. Guardian Chimney Sweep arrived when they said he would in a vehicle marked clearly Guardian Chimney Sweep. He inspected the chimney inside and out then gave me an estimate. He took pictures of the cracks in my chimney cap which were letting rain water to get in the chimney. The reasonable price and using the coupon on Angie's list I could afford to do the repair the same day. He completed the repair to the chimney cap even painting the inside of our fireplace so it looks good as new. It has been raining and the repair worked.

Excellent. Gave us senior discount and applied angie's list coupon. Came at agreed time. Called 10' before arrival. Explained what he was going to do. Work was excellent. Very professional.Gutters had not been cleaned for 20 years and were clogged.
