We were very pleased with them. They didn't try to fix what didn't have to be fixed and only fixed what needed to be fixed. They were very efficient and very good.

Their pricing was the best and I spoke to three different companies. They were at the best price. They came in quickly. It looked like the previous owner had already cleaned the chimney so they didn't have anything to do but they still did it again. They arrived on time, performed the service quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. What they didn't do was a thorough job. They cleaned from the inside only. They claimed that they wouldn't be able to access from the outside, but that it shouldn't be a problem. I only used the dryer twice from the time they performed the work until 10-2-11, when I decided to take a look at the vent from the outside. I felt this was necessary because the venting of the dryer air got worse after they performed the service. There is a unique set up here, in that the dryer vent is tapped into the vent above the stove. When the dryer is running, air does travel into the kitchen. If I turn the kitchen fan on low, it is sufficient to direct it outside. When they "cleaned" from the inside, they essentially pushed the lint to the end of the vent, blocking air flow. In the two times that I used the dryer, I had to turn the kitchen fan on high and could still feel warm air coming in. I collected a lot of compacted lint from the exterior. If I could, I would attach a picture.

They cleaned my chimney. I didn't like the experience. They didn't clean it properly. They noticed the masonry of the chimney stack was failing. They didn't do a complete job. Basically, I got less than I paid for even though it was special.

It went very well. They were on time and quick. They were also very professional.

We had birds in the chimney. When we were sure the birds were gone, we called Guardian for cleaning and a chimney cover.

Very professional, punctual, and pretty spot on with the cost of services. My hubs and I had just bought a house and it looked as if the chimney and fire box had NEVER been cleaned before but by the time he was done, it is a beautiful fireplace again!

They did an excellent job. It was way outside of their coverage area but they did it anyway. He was thorough and he gave me some tips on a top hat for the chimney.

When I called them, they told me it would be three or four weeks before they could come out, and I was a little surprised because I felt like if they had a special on, they would probably be in need of work. It turned out that they did come out the next week or so, and I did not complain. They were on time and were very impressed with the work on the fireplace. I used the Angie’s List Big Deal offer for the work. They did not really do any work for me, but as far as I know, they are a good company.

I like everything about them. It was 107 degrees and they were in and next day my air conditioner was up and running. They came here in an hour. These people were right out and fix the problem. I would use them in the future.

Dryer hasn't dried clothes this efficiently since it was new. It now dries a load of clothes in less time than it takes to wash. Makes my wife extremely happy. Thanks to Guardian.

I spent around $800 on that work. I was happy with the price. They did a good job with the cleaning up. Cleaning a chimney could be messy but they cleaned up well.

The work ended up costing a little bit more because I had a blower. I was expecting this since this was stated in the details of the Big Deal. He took off a panel in the garage to clean and had to create a larger opening to clean the vents. He then put a different panel over it. It was very hot the day that he did the work. I think he could have tried a little harder to keep things neat and clean. I had to clean up after he left. Other than that, he was helpful and professional. He called me back and came fairly soon after we had signed up for the Big Deal. He found that the vent on the outside of the house was loose because the builder only glued it on. He screwed it on and made sure that it was secure. He also found that something with my fan motor was disconnected before and even took a photograph to show me. At my request, he checked the chimney on my gas fireplace. His assessment was very honest and said that no work needed to be done on my chimney.

Everything went fine with this company. The only minor glitch was that they arrived two hours ahead of schedule. Thankfully someone was here to let them in. The crew was very friendly and professional as well. After they were finished they cleaned everything up.

Billy arrived on time (actually early) and was professional and fast. Even cleaned my dryer vent while he was up on the roof cleaning the gutters. Overall very impressed! I would definitely use them again.
